Just minutes from DFW International Airport, and ideally situated in the middle of the DFW metroplex. The home is located near the Irving Arts Center, shopping, restaurants, golf courses including the Four Seasons, and much more. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, outdoor spaces, and decor. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and furry friends/pets.

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, two baths including a master en suite, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and more. The house is set back from the road and has tons of shaded areas from our mature trees that line the property. The backyard is spacious and private.

There are multiple bus stops less than a block from the house. The closest Dart light rail station is at North Lake College about 2 miles away. Additionally, taxis, Uber/Lyft, and other ride share options are available.

He did say he would address this with the cleaning crew. Other than that most of your time will be spent enjoying the living space and the back yard. - "The place was clean and fresh when we arrived. The washer, dryer, sink, and countertops are all brand new. The stove and oven were great. Plenty of pots and pans and cookware. There were a limited number of untensils, but there were only two of us, so it wasn't a problem. The drawers are a little hinky, but still workable. The bed is huge and we liked the pillows, but it's a bit soft if you have a bad back. There is a nice dresser in the bedroom and tons of closet space with plenty of shelving and hangers. I'd suggest to the host to maybe have a larger comforter on the bed. The temperature in the house was easy to maintain. There are two chairs on the balcony. There are a lot of windows and it had good lighting. The bathroom was nice with new countertops. There was a nice desk which my husband was able to work from the apartment on. Good internet connection. Nice diningroom table. The carpets are new. the blinds and curtains are great--enough to block out all the sun when you need to. There was no dishsoap, so be aware of that. But the dishwasher is new and runs great. The host left laundry detergent packets and dishwasher packets and some bathroom soaps. I think the only downside really is it's on the second floor (high stairs). There is a very nice pool and pool area. Guarenteed parking spot. Nice and safe neighborhood. There was some noise from get togethers in the complex on Friday and Saturday, but other than that, it's a quiet relaxing place. We reccomend!"

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.

This listing does not allow pets

Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.

Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Irving is conveniently situated with great transportation, including Highways 635, 114, 161, and 183 all crisscrossing and surrounding this Dallas suburb. A primary attraction is the Irving Arts Center, but there are also parks and green spaces galore. In addition, you can visit the Mustangs of Las Colinas Museum, and the Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas. For groceries, take your pick from Tom Thumb, Fiesta Mart, and Whole Foods Market. Shopping stops include the Shops at MacArthur Hills. Dine out at In-and-Out Burger, Our Glass Restaurant & Bar, the Ranch at Las Colinas, and more. There’s even Hackberry Creek Country Club nearby.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.

Modern/western home feeling by the lakeside with transit straight to DFW airport 5mins away. The historic Downtown Dallas is 13mins away by train!!! Toyota music factory is a 7 minute walk away. Along with William square….trails are 6 mins away great for biking and walking!!! Ten hospitals less than 3-5 miles awaygreat for medical personnel.

You will be renting one luxury bunk in a shared male dorm. There are a total of 4 sets of bunk beds in the room. Each bed is equipped with twin size foam mattress, smart TV (Bluetooth headphones must be used to all times) personal power outlet, dimmable night light, and built-in clothes storage. The top bunks have steps. This is a hostel type stay, please be considerate of the others sharing the space.

Guest access
BATHROOM: This is shared with the other dorm residents, a max of 7 other men. The toilet is equipped with a bidet. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself in the bathroom before leaving.

KITCHEN is shared and fully equipped; you just need to bring food. please use a lid when boiling liquids to minimize the humidity in the house. You are responsible for cleaning the stove and dishes immediately after cooking. There is a motion activated audio/visual security camera in the shared kitchen to prevent food theft and dirty dishes.
Cleaning is not included in the reservation, there is a minimum charge of $15 for pots/plates left unwashed.

WASHER /DRYER use of washer dryer is included; no more than an average of one use per day, and $5/wash thereafter.

TRASH; Black bag for trash, Blue bag for recycling (cardboard, rinsed aluminum/glass/ plastic bottles)

Step back in time when you stay at this unique 3 bunk dorm room, equipped with Fire stick TV, twin bed, and clothes storage. There is a friendly hostel-type stay. The retro kitchen is fully stocked, with an original 1945's Chambers Stove, model C90. (Rachel Ray uses the exact same stove) You will have an assigned storage space for your dry food, and will share the fridge/freezer with other residents. There is a large fenced backyard.

The space
8" Twin memory foam mattress on the lower level of a custom-built full-size bunk; equipped with dimmable reading light, clothes rail, shelves, Fire stick equipped TV, and bedside power outlets. This a shared female-only bedroom with shared bathroom. There are men staying in other areas of the house. Shared use of the kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and backyard.

Other things to note
Food and cleaning is not provided. Guests must purchase their own food and clean up after themselves immediately after cooking in order to avoid additional cleaning fees. Please try not to do laundry more than twice a week and remove your clothes promptly once the cycle is complete.
