We had a very relaxing stay. The only negative thing to say was about the on-site restaurant. The service was lacking - we ordered to go at the bar and the bartender could have not been more annoyed. We’re pretty low maintenance, planned to grab a couple of beers and order to go. The bartender did not want to engage us at all and clearly was not interested in having us sit at the bar. I’ve worked service industry for a long time and I am willing to chalk it up to an off night. We decided to try again to sit at a table the next day. We stood unattended for about 5 minutes before we saw an employee. My boyfriend asked if they were serving - he barely looked up from his phone as he walked by and said “she’s coming”. We stood for another 5 minutes and never saw the “she” he was referring to. At that point we left and went to eat elsewhere. The restaurant is obviously a compliment to the hotel and isn’t necessarily associated but they’re on the same campus. the experience left us puzzled. Short version - great hotel experience but save yourself the time and eat offsite!"

- "We flew into Dallas Fortworth airport and called the hotel and spoke to Meagua he was super helpful with getting us picked up at the airport with their shuttle service. Orlando was the driver and he was super nice. He got us to the Hotel and told us that Meagua would check us in and help us with anything we needed. Meagua checked us in gave us a couple of bottles of water and off to the room we went. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there two nights for a football game and wish I brought my swim trunks as they have an awesome indoor pool "
