We’re pretty low maintenance, planned to grab a couple of beers and order to go. The bartender did not want to engage us at all and clearly was not interested in having us sit at the bar. I’ve worked service industry for a long time and I am willing to chalk it up to an off night. We decided to try again to sit at a table the next day. We stood unattended for about 5 minutes before we saw an employee. My boyfriend asked if they were serving - he barely looked up from his phone as he walked by and said “she’s coming”. We stood for another 5 minutes and never saw the “she” he was referring to. At that point we left and went to eat elsewhere. The restaurant is obviously a compliment to the hotel and isn’t necessarily associated but they’re on the same campus. the experience left us puzzled. Short version - great hotel experience but save yourself the time and eat offsite!"
