- "Location was great! Clientele throughout the establishment was not consistent. It seemed full-time residents were present. Queen size bed in unit when ad stated King size. A few bugs were spotted in the unit. Otherwise, Unit appeared clean, but maintenance is highly needed. Maid service is limited, but they are very attentive. Front desk service was satisfactory, not as attentive. I was told clean towels are available upon request. When it came time to change out towels I was told I had to wait and not told how long. Credit card was charged 100, not placed on “hold” for incidentals as told. I will need to monitor to make sure refund is completed. Due to the holiday season, no other locations were available so we had to stay. I guess you get what you pay for! Not pleased as first time user of VRBO. "

No mattress pad on the bed along with thin, ill-fitting sheets which definitely looked like they had been slept on. Many dirty surfaces and drawers. Hot water heater was leaking and sitting in about an inch of water. I could provide more details; just more of the same. We only stayed one night because it was so awful. Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
