- "What a great location. Initially rented this property for my college aged son to stay while he did an internship in Plano. I am a bit of a helicopter mom so the area needed to be clean, close, accessible to shopping and restaurants/fast food. This place was perfect and had everything he could want located in close proximity. I could not be there when he had to check in. Greg was amazing and met him, gave him all the necessary instructions and then left his cell # with him in case my son had questions or needed anything. Greg also stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was going well since he barely heard from my son. Of course things could not have been better. When I arrived for a long weekend visit , I could clearly see why Greg never heard from him. We were practically able to everything by walking without even using the card. We were able to go to the Starbucks right across from the condo each morning. BTW the Starbucks is a Starbucks Reserve Coffee Bar which is 1 of 28 locations which serve reserve products. We also ate lunch and dinner at several places at the Legacy West, we shopped and we were even able to grab late night shakes from Shake Shack. What can I say ..... it was a great 12 week stay in a clean well stocked condo with no hassles, responsive owner/mgr and in a great location. I would recommend to anyone for a short stay or longer one."

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
-The property does not accommodate pets. It's restricted by the complex.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.

Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.

Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.

The Neighborhood:
This is a new property in a new neighborhood. There are a number of grocery stores, restaurants and attractions nearby.

Conveniently located with easy access to US-75

Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
