Free visitor parking is in front of the leasing office. If for some reason there is no open parking, feel free to drive around to the back of the building to the parking garage. Visitor parking is on the first floor only in the garage.
The elevator, in the garage, will provide easy access to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located.
If you are planning to be on the go and exploring, a car is definitely recommended!

- "The house was easy to find and was a fantastic location for us. It was immaculately clean, and communication with Sydnie was quick, easy and flexible. Will definitely book again if it is available the next time I come to town!" - "The apartment was clean and worked fine for what we needed. I do think it could use a little more for kitchen items like a spatula and some larger bowls if you want to cook in the apt. Supplied with lots of towels etc which was nice. Our complaints would mostly be with the property itself as it wasn’t really kept up very well. We walked past dog poop in the hallway near the parking ramp which was disgusting. Having to park in a ramp was a pain. Then we’re notified that the property mgmt needed to come into the apt while we were there and were asked to keep it quiet that we were part of a VRBO rental. Also we’re notified mid way that we needed to provide our vehicle information so she could register us as guests. Just seemed a little shady and made us uncomfortable. We won’t be using this property again."

- "The location was perfect for us. Nice clean house in a great neighborhood. It’s also very close to shopping and restaurants." - "I never got to stay in this location so I cannot speak to the property or location itself but my interactions with the property host/management were unprofessional and maybe even dishonest. First, I was not provided the check-in codes before the check-in time. Over a two-hour period, after I should have already been checked-in, I tried multiple times to contact the host with no response. Second, when I finally did get a hold of the host, I was told the property was not available because of "water damage" and that the office had made a mistake. Third, the host offered me an alternative, but it was only available for 3 of the 6 days I needed. And then, instead of providing me with alternative info, changed my original booking. This new booking was not correct and seemed to be for the original location but for a shorter time frame and for twice the nightly fee. Fourth, the host then, supposedly, refunded me for the three missing nights except that the total refunded was less than what was owed to me. Fifth, when I asked them to cancel the reservation completely and refund my money, they did not respond to multiple texts and did not pick up the phone when I tried to call. I left a message that I would be calling Vrbo and then got a response back, by text, that stated "we will refund you in full once Vrbo calls us." Finally, I did call Vrbo and got an excellent response from them but I still have not been refunded the full amount and it is now 4 days later."

- "Not only did Alexandria double book the unit twice after Vrbo took my money but she refuses to refund the 2 nights she double booked. The first night and the last night. I have asked her for a refund on several occasions and have been lied to each time, first she was going to Venmo me the money then it was she was going to PayPal the refund and lastly she used Vrbo. Don’t trust this woman!" - "This host never provided my check in information I only received a physical address. After several attempts to reach her once I was on my way and had arrived at the property, I had no choice but to check in to a hotel just before midnight. We even walked up to the unit and knocked. Fortunately the VRBO support team took care of me but this host completely ghosted us. At one point she picked up the phone but then immediately hung up on me and it sounded like she was out at a bar or crowded area. After that, she blocked my calls and ignore attempts to reach her to access the unit. VRBO said they would take serious action but this listing is on several travel/stay sites so buyer beware."

Finally I contacted VRBO -while I was driving to the city 5 hours away only to find out I will have to stay somewhere else not of my choosing- (two hotel rooms) so our family was split up. However, the rep was nice and tried to be helpful, it was not what I had paid for and now I am left fighting to get my money back from a scammer. VRBO PLEASE check what's on your sites to make sure you are dealing with reputable honest people."
