Getting Around
Free visitor parking is in front of the leasing office. If for some reason there is no open parking, feel free to drive around to the back of the building to the parking garage. Visitor parking is on the first floor only in the garage.
The elevator, in the garage, will provide easy access to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located.
If you are planning to be on the go and exploring, a car is definitely recommended!

- "The house was easy to find and was a fantastic location for us. It was immaculately clean, and communication with Sydnie was quick, easy and flexible. Will definitely book again if it is available the next time I come to town!" - "The apartment was clean and worked fine for what we needed. I do think it could use a little more for kitchen items like a spatula and some larger bowls if you want to cook in the apt. Supplied with lots of towels etc which was nice. Our complaints would mostly be with the property itself as it wasn’t really kept up very well. We walked past dog poop in the hallway near the parking ramp which was disgusting. Having to park in a ramp was a pain. Then we’re notified that the property mgmt needed to come into the apt while we were there and were asked to keep it quiet that we were part of a VRBO rental. Also we’re notified mid way that we needed to provide our vehicle information so she could register us as guests. Just seemed a little shady and made us uncomfortable. We won’t be using this property again."

- "Not only did Alexandria double book the unit twice after Vrbo took my money but she refuses to refund the 2 nights she double booked. The first night and the last night. I have asked her for a refund on several occasions and have been lied to each time, first she was going to Venmo me the money then it was she was going to PayPal the refund and lastly she used Vrbo. Don’t trust this woman!" - "This host never provided my check in information I only received a physical address. After several attempts to reach her once I was on my way and had arrived at the property, I had no choice but to check in to a hotel just before midnight. We even walked up to the unit and knocked. Fortunately the VRBO support team took care of me but this host completely ghosted us. At one point she picked up the phone but then immediately hung up on me and it sounded like she was out at a bar or crowded area. After that, she blocked my calls and ignore attempts to reach her to access the unit. VRBO said they would take serious action but this listing is on several travel/stay sites so buyer beware."

This 3 bed/2bath home is located across from Frisco's largest green space. The 1/2 acre lot boasts modern updates and WiFi / Smart TVs in every room. The bonus is a patio area with fire pit and solar powered umbrella for ambiance. The entire home has been updated with high end memory foam mattresses and linens for a great night sleep. We have been Superhosts since 2019 and want your experience to be a positive one.

- "Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Being near Frisco Commons Park was a real plus for us. Owner RIck was very easy to work with and very responsive. We stayed multiple weeks and loved the location - close to shopping, the park, and down town Frisco. We will definitely plan to stay there on our next visit to Frisco." - "The photos online were great. A bit misleading to know that no photos of the exterior or backyard weren’t provided as well. It’s an extremely old home, which is ok, but the condition of the home inside and outside was just poor. Immediately when we arrived we noticed outlet plates exposed, the locks to the outdoor patio and gates weren’t even operable, cobwebs all throughout the house (bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens) including the baseboards. The large cabinet in the kitchen wasn’t even fastened to the wall. And in the master bedroom closet as it turned out it was cat urine embedded in the floor that was masked by an air freshener. It took both my wife and I couple days to figure out what the smell was. Even the garage was a completely mess. Waking out to the garage the door was paper thin and didn’t even lock. That was never fixed when we were staying at the house but was documented and send to the owner. The only positive out of this bad experience was the owner sent his handyman out to fix the punch list items and I brought to his attention. And he did send out a landscape crew to come mix the grass because it was very long. This should have been done prior to our arrival. I, the renter, should not have been the one having documenting everything and requesting it be done while we’re in the house. Would I rent here again, NO, and for the price I could have a better experience at the hotel downtown the street and it was pet friendly as well."

No glass, pets, or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area. Use paper or plastic containers only. Proper swimming attire is required at all times and a swimsuit “cover up” should be worn to and from the pool. No running or rough activities are allowed in the pool area.
