The master bedroom was huge. The owners were good about controlling the pool and spa via text/phone to turn up the heat. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Cons: The back and front lawn weren’t cut and were overgrown. I had to pay an extra $55 to have lawn service. And there were rocks and grass everywhere and in the pool. The garage was locked and there was only a small trash can outside and we had leave bags in the driveway. For 4 days that was not cleanly for such a nice house. The house did lack basic things like a broom and mop. Only had a swiffer. There was no can opener. There was also food and alcohol left in the pantry from previous stay. There was only one set of towels per bedroom. We moved the couches and it was filthy underneath. We had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. And there are rules that weren’t posted about the pool. You can’t have the fire pits on. Lots of locked doors. Would stay again. Just with less guests."

-Never burn pine, construction lumber, painted wood, cardboard, paper, trash, or any accelerants such as lighter fluid or gasoline.
-Keep chairs and flammable objects at a safe distance from the fire.

⚠️Damage & Responsibility for Firepit:

- "From the moment we stepped over the threshold we knew something wasn't right. The carpeting was disgusting, there were several pee spots from animals that were never cleaned. Then we went upstairs, there was feces and or blood smeared on the wall of two of the bedrooms, the closet drawers were supposed to be white but were actually gray with dirt. The bathrooms were filthy. The house was unsanitary and since we were travelling with a pregnant woman, there was no way we could stay. Now I have to fight for a refund. VRBO won't be a top place for me to find housing in the future."
