Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. The hotel was late in sending me the check in documents, due to them needing a selfie, one of which they received HOURS in advance of their 4pm check in time. After I finally got into the room and attempted to get settled, I saw a stained bed and realized that it was the mattress pad, there were no sheets, and no office to retrieve them from. Once I communicated my needs to the phone number and email address provided, I NEVER RECEIVED SHEETS, DURING THE ENTIRETY OF MY STAY! Due to the TX heat they ask that you keep the room at certain temperatures, there are many "house rules"... It's not even close to worth it. If you made it past the feeling like you were being scammed, actually found the location, and got past the bad smelling, stained, and poorly maintained halls of "CozySuites", hope that you will not need anything, like towels, sheets, or God forbid, toilet paper."

- "The apartment was very spacious and nice looking, but there were enough things that we didn't like that we wouldn't go back. Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly. We texted the support number once but since they weren't on site and couldn't have someone come by within a few hours, we resolved it ourselves. Our issues included: 1. Towels looked nice rolled up on our arrival but all of them were very damp. 2. The smoke detector started beeping that the battery was needing to be changed (these should be charged more regularly!). This is what we texted the number about. After hours of waiting, they still didn't know when someone could come by, so we went and bought batteries and replaced it ourselves to stop it from beeping every couple minutes. 3) TV remote missing. The one in the bedroom was missing the battery cover. 4) The photo of the pool on the listing was not accurate for the building. Ours was much smaller. It also wasn't heated so it was far too cold to go in. 5) The dishes didn't come in a complete set (only having 1 drinking glass, for example) 6) The coffee maker was not working properly (we fixed it ourselves) and the provided coffee grounds weren't enough to even make one pot. Altogether, these were enough to leave us a bit frustrated throughout our 4 night stay. "

This room has a Queen size bed. The room is large and has a working desk/chair/table light. Guests have access to all the social areas of the house that are listed in the photos. In the kitchen, we have a large fridge for guests. The entire house has a super-fast 450M for wifi and a wired connection is available with speed up to 1Gb (both upload/download). Smart home devices available for guests to control. There is a large variety of restaurants, stores, and supermarkets nearby.

This bedroom is near front door and is very nice. The bathroom is shared. Common door stays open all the time when not in use. It is an outdated bathroom but works perfectly. If you have very unusual hours that's fine but please let me know in advance. Plenty of room to move around. Well laid out and attractive. Great bed to sleep in. Your space is your space. My space is mine. We do Not share family area, there are awesome walking trails close by.

Key coded entry. Please feel free to come and go as needed. The very nice bedroom and bath (a little outdated bath) are the space that you are renting. One day a week that will fit your lifestyle I will do laundry for you. Two loads max. I do work from home, so you may hear me if you are sleeping late or if you are working from home.

The retro kitchen is fully stocked, with an original 1945's Chambers Stove, model C90.
