Absolutely no fault of the property, but there is a bar right next door that stayed packed and was pretty loud well into the early hours of the morning, so if noise is an issue- this likely would bother you. We didn’t mind it at all! Additional note: There were no spare blankets, so if you split the place with someone and plan to sleep on the couch, I would bring some! Our quaint, beautiful duplex, built in 1924, is a spacious 1,100 square feet. The living area is a roomy and comfortable area to relax, read a book, take a nap, or watch a movie. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress. The second bedroom has a twin day bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking convenience. A washer and dryer is available as well. Off the living area is a balcony where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine or just enjoy the character of the neighborhood.
