The bed was just as hard. The only way to relax was to stand pretty much. The place was clean & well stocked. - "Came into Dallas for a concert at the Dos Equis Pavillion. This spot was only 1.7 miles from the venue which was good. Check-in was somewhat challenging, but we finally got it figured out. Coming back to the home from concert was a pain, because we didnt realize we were surrounded by clubs and bars with people all of over the place. Cops had alot of streets shutdown, so it was detour after detour to make it back to the parking garage. Hard to goto sleep with all the party animals leaving the clubs/bars after hours and with the fire station nearby, the loud sirens will also wake you up. Overall it was ok though, we managed. "

This Airbnb is amazing and massive with vaulted ceilings. New 7,000 dollar endless hot water system installed. You can now shower for hours without running out of hot water.

My Airbnb is located in one of the best entertainment locations in Dallas. (Don’t have to pay for parking if having a night out in Deep Ellum, can walk). Short distance to Baylor Hospital walking distance of 1500 feet. Great if you attending a conference at the Sheraton downtown (0.6 mile, 3 min car ride, 10 min walk). 3 min walk to Bottled Blonde Restaurant/Bar/Nightclub. 1 min walk Tom Thumb Grocery and Gas Express. 1 min walk to Starbucks.

Entire 2nd floor is yours. Very private area. No shared spaces in private Airbnb space. Entrance, foyer, stair case, clothes washer, and clothes dryer are shared with other Airbnb guest. All living spaces pictured are private and not shared. Locked and keyed door to secure private space (like a hotel with main building entrance and second private entrance both under lock and key). Private balcony. WIFI and parking free. Washer and dryer available in unit free. Beautiful new kitchen included with everything needed to cook and live. Keurig machine available for use.

If pre arranged and requested we do have a blow up mattress that can be used for more than 2 guests. Also if pre arranged and requested I have two single person rollaway beds as pictured (each rollaway is for one person).

In total my Airbnb fits 7 people. 2 on the king sized bed, 1 on the couch, 2 on the blow up mattress, 2 on the two single person rollaway beds.

Overall this is an open concept Airbnb.

The hall way, stairs, foyer, and laundry facilities are shared with other Airbnb guests so we request minimal noise in these areas. Loud noises or partying will not be tolerated especially at night.
