We felt incredibly safe there as well, which speaks volumes for Dallas! Absolutely no fault of the property, but there is a bar right next door that stayed packed and was pretty loud well into the early hours of the morning, so if noise is an issue- this likely would bother you. We didn’t mind it at all! Additional note: There were no spare blankets, so if you split the place with someone and plan to sleep on the couch, I would bring some!
