Once I communicated my needs to the phone number and email address provided, I NEVER RECEIVED SHEETS, DURING THE ENTIRETY OF MY STAY! Due to the TX heat they ask that you keep the room at certain temperatures, there are many "house rules"... It's not even close to worth it. If you made it past the feeling like you were being scammed, actually found the location, and got past the bad smelling, stained, and poorly maintained halls of "CozySuites", hope that you will not need anything, like towels, sheets, or God forbid, toilet paper."

Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly. We texted the support number once but since they weren't on site and couldn't have someone come by within a few hours, we resolved it ourselves. Our issues included: 1. Towels looked nice rolled up on our arrival but all of them were very damp. 2. The smoke detector started beeping that the battery was needing to be changed (these should be charged more regularly!). This is what we texted the number about. After hours of waiting, they still didn't know when someone could come by, so we went and bought batteries and replaced it ourselves to stop it from beeping every couple minutes. 3) TV remote missing. The one in the bedroom was missing the battery cover. 4) The photo of the pool on the listing was not accurate for the building. Ours was much smaller. It also wasn't heated so it was far too cold to go in. 5) The dishes didn't come in a complete set (only having 1 drinking glass, for example) 6) The coffee maker was not working properly (we fixed it ourselves) and the provided coffee grounds weren't enough to even make one pot. Altogether, these were enough to leave us a bit frustrated throughout our 4 night stay. "

We didn’t mind it at all! Additional note: There were no spare blankets, so if you split the place with someone and plan to sleep on the couch, I would bring some! This bedroom is near front door and is very nice. The bathroom is shared. Common door stays open all the time when not in use. It is an outdated bathroom but works perfectly. If you have very unusual hours that's fine but please let me know in advance. Plenty of room to move around. Well laid out and attractive. Great bed to sleep in. Your space is your space. My space is mine. We do Not share family area, there are awesome walking trails close by.
