We recently purchased this beautiful ranch from the prior owner and are happy to announce the cabin will again be available for rent as of October 1, 2021. Previous guests will enjoy the same beautiful amenities and recreational opportunities this property has offered in the past. Our family is ready to make your stay unforgettably relaxing and fun.

Our cedar two bedroom, two bath modern secluded cabin with central heat & air and all of the needed modern conveniences will be waiting for you with a highly rated bottle of red wine. There are two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. In the living room is a pull out couch that can sleep two. There is also a fold up cot that will sleep 1 adult. On the large front screened in porch, there is an additional fold out bed that can sleep one as well. The front porch overlooks trees, the fire pit, and includes rockers, cushioned chairs and games. Located in the living room is an electric fireplace often used by guests in the winter months.

Included in the cabin is a washer, dryer—with Tide pods included, dishwasher, shower, two person jacuzzi tub, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, towels, cleaning soaps, hair dryer, couch, dinner table with chairs, linens, spices, and two means for brewing coffee. Either use our Kuerig coffee machine with pods included, or use the coffee beans waiting for you in a sealed container in the freezer then grind in the electric coffee grinder included, and brew fresh brewed coffee in the morning. Coffee creamer and sweeteners included. We charge an additional cleaning fee as do most rental properties. We wash all of the towels, sheets, blankets, pillow cases, etc. Because we are in the country, we ask you to keep the doors to the cabin closed so outside insects, animals, etc. cannot enter. We have a local raccoon named Mapache who occasionally visits the cabin. The cabin is sprayed regularly for insects.

The cabin has three flat screen televisions and DVD player with over 50 DVD’s provided. TV’s are located in both bedrooms and in living area. The DVD player is built into the TV in the living room.

A first aide kit is located in cabin master bathroom for minor injuries. It also has a listing of emergency telephone numbers should you need professional care.

There is a large fenced back yard attached to the cabin. Additionally, if your dog is house trained, you can keep them inside. We only ask that you do not allow the dogs (or cat) on the furniture, beds, nor use the blankets and towels on your pet. Please pick up after your dog. We have a policy to discard any blankets or towels used on pets rather than trying to clean them. A $10 fee per night is charged for pets to account for the cost to us for additional cleaning.

OUTDOORS
Outside of the cabin is a large fire pit with free firewood, tree swing, horse shoe pits and horse shoes, a picnic table located on a cement slab with a gas propane grill and charcoal grill for your use. There are chairs around the fire pit and a two person swing made by local trees. We provide four long metal sticks with wooden handles to use for marshmallows or hot dogs kept above the refrigerator. Two bikes are provided and kept in front of the cabin. We ask you use them on the paved road or solid trails to protect the tires. Please do not ride them off road—especially over cactus.

Enjoy 120 acres of nature, ranch life, cows, deer, plant life, fruit trees, flowers, rabbits and other wild life.

The ranch is about 4 miles from beautiful Lake Bridgeport, with close landings, beach and fishing. The ranch has three + miles of trails, grazing cattle and horses, wild animals including deer, wild hogs, turkey, coyotes, raccoons, fox, rabbits, armadillos, possums, roadrunners and more. We have counted over 80 species of birds, including beautiful colored buntings that migrate from Mexico.

ATV’S and UTV for OFF Road
ATV's and a UTV are available for rent. The ATV’s are four wheeled vehicles, all automatic. Current ATV price per day is $70 for a half day (4hrs) or $100 for a full day (8 hrs).

We also offer a 2 person UTV for $100(half day) or $140 for a full day.

-All vehicles come with a $15 gas charge.
-Must be age 16 and have a valid driver’s license to drive ATV’s
-If under 18 a parent/guardian must sign liability waiver

There are a dozen fruit trees planted behind the cabin along with dozens of blackberry bushes. Over 50 pecan trees are on the ranch. Most of the nuts are left for wild life to keep the wild life population healthy and thriving.

You can bring your own ATV for use on the ranch, or to take to the off road park located two miles from the ranch and run by the City of Bridgeport. Use of your own ATV or ours is at your own risk and we assume no liability for personal injury.

POND RESTOCK DECEMBER 27 2020 WITH LARGE MOUTH BASS AND MORE
Bring your fishing poles. Just adjacent to the cabin is the well stocked pond. We recommend live worms, chicken livers, grass hoppers and/or a treble hooks with chilled hot dogs for catfish. The fishing pond includes a large fountain for aeration. There is a dock where you can launch our canoe included for your use. Limit your fish to keep at 2 at 2 lbs or greater. If you stay more than 3 days, you may keep 4.

SHOOTING RANGE FOR GUNS AND BOW & ARROWS
It is a unique feature built into a depression for safety and multiple barriers to protect from stray bullets. The range includes a sighting table with a container beneath used for spent cartridges. We include two bow and arrow square bale targets, metal ping targets, a back board to staple targets for guns. Please do not use shot guns while on the range.

The range time is limited when open for the protection of ranch workers, and anyone who might be in the area where shooting might occur. If you wish to use the range, you will be asked to have each person using the range to sign the attached safety and indemnification/liability agreement. You are welcome to use the range between 10 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. If you wish to use the range outside of those hours, please discuss with the owner so that we can protect anyone who might be in the area.
If you use the gun range, please pick up your spent rounds and put them in the plastic container under the table.

RESTAURANTS & NIGHT LIFE
The newly updated downtown Bridgeport shopping , coffee shops, and over 20 restaurants. Enjoy a night cap at either Locality or Oak & Eden whiskey bar. For more information about the Bridgeport area, you can visit www.destinationbridgeport.com.

We recommend some particular restaurants: Pronto's, Walking Beam Brewery, Dos Chiles Grandes, 5 Boys Ranch and Stevens Street Grill. If you enjoy Italian food, we especially recommend Pronto's, located off of 380 3.5 miles east of the ranch just as you are departing the west end of Bridgeport. They do not serve alcohol, but you can take your own bottle of wine and they do not charge a corkage fee. Also, they provide glasses and a wine bottle opener.

SWIMMING AND LAKE USE
Located about three miles west of the ranch of highway 380 is Lake Bridgeport. The main part of the lake is about five miles across. They have a beach and public landing nearby. There is a store name One Spot that has fishing equipment, worms, minnows, restaurant, gas and more. If you bring your own boat, you can drive across the main body, plus miles of inlets with swimming areas and great fishing. There is a store and boat gas station located on the northwest side of the lake. They also have boat rental.

Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.

Enjoy a quiet getaway in the country! A great place to relax after an event at Texas Motor Speedway or a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hear the roosters in the morning and see a beautiful sunset from the porch in the evening. There really is "No Place Like Rhome!"

Meals available by request! 8.00 a plate. Most meals are made from scratch using high quality ingredients. Often it's home style cooking but not limited to smoked foods, mexican and more.

The space
This studio style cabin features a queen bed, desk area, a mini kitchen with sink and small appliances, a bathroom with shower and plenty of closet space.
We provide fresh ground gourmet coffee (from a vet owned and supported company), snacks, water. Real silverware and plates as well as disposable ones. Mini fridge in cabin and a small freezer available to use by request. Small blender, mixer, utensils, pots & pans, etc. Toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, crockpot, insta pot, toaster. If you need anything we probably have it available to borrow! In the spring & summer months we may have some extra produce to share as well. There is almost always fresh spearmint tea to enjoy hot or iced.
There is a small fenced in area for dogs. See pictures.

Come experience tiny house living at it’s finest in Paradise, TX, country style. This little pearl is a true slice of Paradise! Nestled on a treed property out in the country next to 148 acres of beautiful treed land and a 3.5 acre pond sits our precious Tiny Pearl. You just can’t go wrong staying at a gem like this. Inside our humble abode of joy there is a very comfortable queen sized bed that also transforms into a couch for those cozy movie nights. A TV sits in perfect view from the couch, bed, or handmade custom wood table. Pull you up a bar stool, pour yourself a bottle of wine, and catch up on your binge watching. There is a closet to keep your luggage out of the way, and even room to hang your clothes. Our upstairs loft is the perfect place to either stash the kids, or turn into your own private relaxation spot. Hook up your laptop, bring a book, or take an afternoon nap. There’s windows on each side of the loft, providing natural sunlight & nice views of the trees. There’s also a full size mattress large enough to accommodate 2 people. A retro record player is also available up here with real vintage records to listen to. Board games, books, & puzzles for both kids and grown ups are stored up here as well. So make yourself comfy! Have a good time! That’s what vacays are for. Downstairs you’ll find the bathroom with a rain shower head, sink, and toilet. Outside the pocket door you’ll find a 5ft mint vintage style refrigerator with just enough room to keep your snacks, road trip necessities and coffee creamer cool. Enjoy time cooking some southern meals in our kitchen on our electric stovetop or go on a 10 minute drive into town to experience Haslell street of downtown Bridgeport. This place is poppin’ with live music on the weekends, festivals, and so many delicious restaurants and dessert places to choose from. Dos Chiles & Five Boys Ranch are a few of our town’s faves. But while you’re out here, you’ve got to try “Bless Your Mouth” for a special homemade treat that won’t disappoint!
If you’re coming in town to spend a day on the lake, you’re in luck. Bridgeport Lake is only 18 minutes away! If you’re in the mood to do some fishing, walk out back to a stocked 3.5 acre pond to catch a few (2 fishing poles will always be provided.) Or if you’re just coming to veg out in a tiny house for a few days, you’ve picked the right place.
The outside of our Tiny Pearl has plenty of entertainment and relaxation space to make your trip one to remember. Play a game of horseshoes or corn hole, or just chill out by the firepit under the twinkle lights while enjoying some peace and quiet. Better yet, grab some chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers and roast you some s’mores! Who doesn’t love s’mores? And who doesn’t love eating their s’mores while staring at unbeatable views. The space
The definition of cozy! The loft style bedroom is located on the upper level of Tiny. There is a queen bed. However note that the staircase may not be suitable for those with physical restrictions or limited mobility, as well as for children.

Main floor features a Tiny kitchen,tiny bathroom,and a tiny living room area with a 50-inch smart TV that includes Netflix. The kitchen has a small dining table for 2, sink,microwave, coffee maker,toaster oven, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A two burner stovetop that is suitable for small meals. Wifi throughout Tiny. Strong AC and heat emit from the same window unit.
Please not the window air conditioner heater system is designed to operate above 40F. Below that temperature, the system may not function properly. We have portable heaters available there.

Guest access
You are located on the left corner of the main house. Even though Tiny is a guesthouse, you will have a private and personal access to the Tiny home .
Entrance for you will be on the left side off main house. During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire Tiny home along with its very own private backyard. You will not share anything with other guests.

Other things to note
You will be staying in someone else's place place please treat it as your own.

Tiny does not have a washer,dryer nor dishwasher.

The loft style bedroom is located on the upper level accessed by staircase.
Children are welcome but parents should be cautious that the staircase to the loft can be hazardous and parental supervision is advised at all times.
We do deep cleaning every time. We replace the linens,bedspreads, blankets, towels and mats. We disinfect every touchable surface.

Please do not use towels to wipe makeup. Makeup towelettes are provided in the bathroom.
Our property is a non-smoking property inside.
Parking inside the yard is not permitted as the patio area has rocks that might be damaged. However it is safe and convenient to park right beside the fence. Our neighborhood is very safe.

Please not the window air conditioner heater system is designed to operate above 40 F. Below that temperature, the system may not function properly. We have portable heaters available there.

Howdy! Welcome to Camp Daniel Boon #1. There is one large bed/living area with 2 single beds, 1 Queen bed, large kitchen table, complementary coffee, and spacious bathroom. There is a single private (snoring) room with 1 single bed available as well! Apartment sleeps 4 - 5 people.

Note: Camp Daniel Boon #2 (the top camp) can also be booked to host more people within your party (6 additional people) if available.

The space
The Camp is not “perfect”, may have some shingles missing or needing cosmetic repairs, however, nice and cozy on the inside — a clean shower and nice place to rest your head.

The Camp is located 13 miles SouthWest of downtown Bridgeport, TX (located technically in Boonsville, TX) in a quiet neighborhood.

Guest access
There is a access to a one-car carport adjacent to the Camp. Additional parking is available around the building for multiple cars.

The space

Guests are welcome to roam around our 12 acres so make sure to bring your boots and bug spray!

Other things to note
No more than 6 people inside the property. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or loss of booking.

Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in fine of $5,000 and loss of booking.

Early and late check in/out depends on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Unauthorized late checkout fee would cost $50 or more, depending on the number of minutes consumed. $100 in addition to the standard cleaning fee if the house is found in poor condition and extra cleaning effort is required.

Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without refund and/or a fine.

Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc), and damages and house rule violations (smoking, party, unregistered guests, etc) will be deducted from your security deposit which is from $50 above depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.

Cute little rustic tiny home on a working horse ranch. We do have stalls for boarding if needing a layover while traveling.
We do not have horses for rent as this is a private facility.
We have protection dogs, chickens, guineas, peacocks, horses and cattle so there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful.
We are only 12 miles from Denton with lots of shopping and colleges. 45 min from DFW and 40 min from Ft Worth and 50 min from WinStar

The space
This tiny house has a full bed upstairs and a twin day bed downstairs also used as a couch.
There is no oven but it does have an air fryer.
This is on a working horse ranch and close to the barn and arena.
We do not have horses for rent as this is a private training facility. If you would like to go to the barn or see the horses please get with me or the other trainer to go.
We do have protection dogs and ask that you stay away from the fenced in yard.

Guest access
You have full use of the tiny house. You are welcome to walk around but ask that you make sure one of the trainers is around before going to the barn. Also please stay away from the fenced in yard at the house.

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping facility.
If pets are staying they may not be left unattended in the Tiny House. They must be crated.
Only 1 small to medium dog allowed as this is a very small space. Anything else will have to be approved by the owner and a $25 charge added for any additional animals.

Bring the whole family for a getaway on the lake! This 3 bed 2 bath has is the perfect spot to relax and recharge after a day on Amon G Carter Lake. The house is right across the street from the boat ramp and you won't have to go far to get everything you need. The guest house has an open floor plan. When you walk in the front door you will see the living/dining area and kitchen. To the right of the front door is the spacious bedroom containing a queen size bed and lounge chair.
The kitchen is complete with electric oven and range, dishes, cookware, microwave, refrigerator.
Coffee maker with creamer and sugar provided along with assorted coffees and hot chocolate.
Bathroom has a walk in shower and removable hand held shower head.

Guests are welcome to roam around our 7.5 acres so make sure to bring your boots and bug spray!

Other things to note
We are in the country so bug spray is encouraged. We have 2 friendly Doodles that will occasionally be outside on the property. If you are not a “dog person”, please let us know and we will keep them wrangled. We supply amenities including toilet paper, sheets, and towels. Please keep in mind that this is a rustic retreat so some cell providers have poor reception. We do have a large digital movie collection and Hulu for live tv for you to watch during your stay. We hope that you enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of your day to day life!

The space
The tiny home is on same property as main house ( which is also an Airbnb) but it has it’s own parking, private entrance and is completely enclosed and fenced in for privacy. Outdoor space has fire pit , a grill and sitting area for those nights under the stars. Main bedroom has a queen bed with lake view and there is a loft with a double futon mattress. Kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee maker, ( k-cups provided) refrigerator, precision induction cooktop and a microwave. Living room has a sofa, smart TV and electric fireplace.
***Please note steps for main bedroom are steeper than average so it may not be suited for elderly people or young children.

Other things to note
There is no direct access to a private dock or the lake from the house . We kindly ask you respect our neighbors and don’t walk or roam around other properties .
Access to public dock and boat ramp is a 2 min drive ( 10 min walk) from the house.
Also, the walk from the gate to the house is a bit steep and so are the stairs to the bedroom area. ( shown in pictures )
Not ideal for elderly people or young children .
*Grill is provided but propane tank could be running low ( depending on guest usage) You might want to bring your own tank to avoid running out.
** Fire pit does not include burning wood

This apartment enters from the garage. It is one large room with a private bathroom. It has a key pad to enter by.

Guest access
You will have access to apartment through the garage. You will have total use of the apartment and parking right outside. We ask that you stay away from the yard fence as we do have protection dogs. Also the barn is off limits unless accompanied by one of the trainers.
