The kitchen counters were low enough that my husband, who is in a wheelchair, was able to help cook and clean up afterwards. The futon in the living room, which my daughter loved sleeping on, expanded and folded up very quickly. One of the best things, we got snowed in and had to extend a day, and it was done with ease.
