(2-4 guests max) We do have 2 friendly family dogs, that we let out back. They are usually outside in the backyard when we are home. If we are not home the dogs are inside.

We have a very friendly family dog named Piper that will likely greet you if she's in the backyard. She's only out when we are home.

SPRING & FALL are WINDY in OK. This allows leaves to collect quickly in the pool during these seasons. We are prideful of our property and its appearance, but we both work full time and will skim leaves after work in the evenings. This is not a resort and we do not have a pool boy skimming leaves every hour :)

The house has been recently updated and is the perfect space to stay while on vacation, traveling for work or for kids tournaments! We are a short drive to Norman’s new soccer field complex, Reaves Park and all things OU! We are just a few minute walk to a grocery store and Chick Fil A. The house is located near many food options and shopping options!

We travel with our kids and have tried to keep families in mind with the house! The master bedroom purposely has space for a toddler bed or Pack N Play. The master bedroom also has a wonderful chair for morning coffee, reading or relaxing! It has an en-suite half bathroom and walk in closet.

All bedrooms have room darkening blinds. The 2 other bedrooms have large closets as well.

Our living room is spacious for watching Roku TV or playing the board games and puzzles included in the TV hutch.

The dining room comfortably seats all 6 guests at a large rectangular table. We also strive to have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, casserole dishes, an air fryer, toaster, oven and more!

The Little Crimson Barn

The “LCB” is tucked away on a quiet alley street just east of campus corner and easy walking distance to the stadium and campus, as well as the main street downtown and the Norman train station. This newly remodeled backhouse has a private, enclosed patio for small gatherings and outdoor dining. It is the perfect spot for all sports events, OU visits, reunions and weekday meetings. Since the roads were icy, I had to walk everywhere — easy to do when the Little Crimson Barn was in such a prime location. The space was open, clean, and great as a spot to lounge during our stay. We cooked meals and watched TV and stayed cozy and relaxed the whole time — not once did we get stir crazy, even though many activities were closed due to the weather. The two bedrooms were perfect so we could handle work calls without intruding on the other. I wish the weather could have been better, but the Little Crimson Barn was perfect. The walkability to OU campus and Campus Corner was great, the space was both cozy and spacious, and we had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely stay here again!"

This sweet little bungalow of ours is called "The Grace House." It sits west of OU campus & is a short walk to so many fun areas! It's a perfect place to stay for an OU game or if you want to drive 20 miles north, you can watch an OKC Thunder game. Walk down the street to grab dinner at The Library Bar & Grill, lunch at Midway Deli, or relax on the north oval.

The inside of this cute bungalow is renovated with wonderful new appliances, fresh paint, beautiful and stylish decor and wood floors. At night, the living room has a warm glow - a perfect time to cozy up with a book and a warm cup of tea. Master bed plus pull out couch in living area.

Your room is one of 3 in a home built in the 60s. It still has it's dated flair but freshly painted & new hardwood floors give it a modern feel. Nothing fancy but everything you need to survive at ease. The house is still under renovation with some detailing left .Your room has a queen size bed and a unique futon/ottoman accommodating up to 4 of you, and private bath. Just 2 miles East of OU Campus, 2 miles to Norman Downtown and like in walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Welcome to my Sunrise home. We are still working on the home to make it more modern for you and a few details are left to be finished. But the house is already comfortable to reside in and you have everything to enjoy your stay. You are looking at one room of this 3 bedroom home. Your room has a full size bed and a very unique futon that turns into a full size sleeper using the extra ottoman. So you may accommodate up to 3 or 4 people in your room. The common bathroom has not been updated yet, so it is still kinda dated looking but fully functionally and clean. If you wish to accommodate more than four people rent any of the two other rooms (Sunrise and Sunset room) or the entire house (Sunrise Home).. Kitchen is fully equipped, laundry is in garage, and high speed internet keeps you connected to the world. You have smart TV in your room and the living room has a larger smart TV and you may watch your favorite streaming shows (need use your own accounts).
At this point I just wanna point out again that we are a private Airbnb home, like in a family setting and not a hotel. Our goal is to provide you travelers with an affordable accommodation yet not compromising on comfort. We are here to serve and not to compete. My home is nothing fancy, it has still the old style wood windows but was remodeled /updated some 10 years ago to make it a modest comfy home. We are conveniently located on East Main street in walking distance to downtown. You also can get from here quickly in all directions. The house is right across the Griffin Memorial hospital, in walking distance to Walmart and restaurants. Even OU campus is like around the corner and you get there in just 5 minutes drive .
Your room has a hint of Southwestern style, you may relax on a queen size bed that accommodates two guests and open up the futon in your room to sleep two more peeps. PLEASE NOTE: Only ONE bed and ONE futon in your room . Asking $10 extra to provide bedding for the futon.The sofa in the living room can be turned into a queen size bed and we provide extra bedding at a $10 extra charge. Ask BEFORE BOOKING if the living room futon is still available. So again, up to 4 people in your room, two can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room. $ 10 additional charge for futon and $10 for sofa in living room for providing the bedding.
Kitchen is fully equipped, so you may prepare your meals and brew yourself some coffee or bring your meals from the restaurant home and keep them fresh in the fridge. The living room has a smart TV hooked up to an Antenna. We don't provide cable but you may connect via high speed internet to your favorite streaming shows.
You will share the house with 1 or 2 guests staying in the other room. So not much crowding going on in this cozy home.
For safety issues: No visitors allowed inside the house that are not on the reservation. Please verify you have the correct number of guest with your booking !

It is clean, in sound repair & order and has everything for you to stay a night (or more) in a comfortable setting. Your "Retro Diner" room is in a basic 3 BR-home in retro/vintage style and has all you need to "survive" comfortably. At our reasonable rate do not expect Ritz Hotel like service, we are a simple AIRBNB hoping you'll feel here like home. If you need Thrill'N & Fancy then this place is not for you and better go on searching to find something where they thrill you with fancy rates. Located on NE side of Norman so in under 10 min. you are back on I-35. 5-10 min to Downtown, hospital, and OU Campus.

You will be taken back to the early 70s and 80's where the 'older' generation may get a smile out of seeing daily used items from those 'ol'days' and the younger generation may get an opportunity to look at outdated gadgets that once were considered "state of the art"

Your room, decorated in Good ol' Days Diner themed style, has a full size bed, smart TV, desk, and small closet No, the phone is not hooked up but you sure may play with it and get a feel like we made calls in the 70's and 80's. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals and is for everyone to use. There is also complementary coffee to wake up right , no matter what time of the day. ;) We have a table outside in the back yard so you may dine with birds and squirrels as your guests. Washer,dryer, iron/board , we got that for you too.

In a nutshell: You are looking at a private ROOM and not the entire house (please don't laugh , but I get to hear plenty "oh , I though I get the entire house to myself" ) . Your room is one of 3 in a home built in the 60s. It still has its dated flair but freshly painted & new hardwood floors give it a modern feel. Nothing fancy but everything you need to survive at ease. The house is still under renovation with some detailing left . Just 2 miles East of OU Campus, 2 miles to Norman Downtown and like in walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
