The living room area has a full size futon for extra sleeping space, a large 65 inch HD ROKU TV, and a one of a kind 8X7 ft. canvas painting of the "Vegas Strip. The incredible painting was composed by an extremely talented artist from Checotah, OK named Laci Stephens. The painting took approximately 18 hours to complete.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs. The Hawg House has all of your basic kitchen needs as well as a few extras that you're sure to enjoy. The dining table has room for four and there is a built in bar with a front row view of the lake.
The living room area has a large faux leather L-shaped couch that is incredibly comfortable, a large 65 inch HD ROKU TV, a one of a kind 8X7 ft. canvas painting of the "Open Road," and a super cool motorcycle bar. The motorcycle was salvaged from the 2004 tsunami in Indonesia and repurposed into a bar, and the beautiful painting was composed by an extremely talented artist from Checotah, OK named Laci Stephens. The painting took 18 hours to complete.
The stairs are your highway to the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a California King size mattress and also has a balcony where you can sit back and relax as you enjoy the beautiful lake scenery before you. The second bedroom has its own theme....still motor related, though. This room features some of the most iconic muscle cars around. You will also enjoy an autographed NASCAR jacket autographed by Dale Earnhardt Jr. This bedroom has a queen sized mattress.
The bathroom sits in between the two bedrooms. It has a tub with a shower and jets.

The treehouse has two levels. On the main level there is a dining area, a kitchenette, bathroom, and the main living area. There is a small table for four in the dining area.

The main living area has a full size faux leather futon. It folds down to sleep two people (smaller people that is). You also have a 50 inch HD ROKU TV with a DVD player. We don't have WiFi at this time, which is why we have provided a DVD player along with a few family friendly movies such as "Peter Pan." The queen bed is also located in the main living area.

The dining area has a small table for four. There is extra seating in the main living area as well as outside on the deck.

The kitchenette is stocked with basic cooking supplies, a full size refrigerator, 5 gallon water dispenser, farm style sink, keurig coffee maker (makes a full pot or single cup), a microwave, double hot plate for cooking inside, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, silverware, knife block, cutting board, and grilling utensils.

The treehouse has a full bathroom with clean towels and washcloths provided. The shower has a luxurious rainfall shower head. We also provide makeup wipes for your convenience.

Upstairs we have the two twin beds and some children's books. There are three huge windows upstairs that overlook the canopy of the trees. In the fall and winter you can even catch a glimpse of Eufaula Lake.

Guests are given a door code upon booking and are free to come & go as they please.

There are written instructions on how to get to and from the treehouse located in our welcome book. We have also listed local restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Just realize that you are booking a literal treehouse, so expect some creaky floors, etc. Kitchen is small but has the essentials. Water pressure was a little low, but the water runs and gets hot. We stayed during cold fall weather, so we had the provided electric heater running constantly, but it was able to keep the space warm enough for us. The deck is great and we saw some deer and rabbit visitors, even spotted a bald eagle fly over. Place was adequately clean, especially considering it's location. The ladder leading to the upstairs area is steep and could use some better railing, but its a cute little room up there with 2 twin beds. Overall very impressed with this place."

Blue Haven is a one story home equipped with a master suite, a bunk room with queen and double beds, an additional bathroom, laundry closet, living room, dining room, and a screened in front porch. Uncovered parking is on the side of the home. There is much within walking distance, and golf carts can also be rented. (See the Guidebook for information)

Enjoy this charming cottage for a getaway at Lake Eufaula---great for a girl's trip or two couples. Cottage has been completely remodeled and nicely furnished. Relax on the front porch with a little bit of a lake view or choose the large patio area in the backyard with a fire pit. Convenient location is just a few blocks from sandy beaches, marina, walking trail around the cove, restaurants and downtown shopping.
The space
The cottage was built in 1940 and has been completely remodeled. The original hardwood floors have been restored and new Pella windows installed. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the other has a tub/shower combo. A tankless hot water heater means everyone gets a hot shower after a day at the lake. All new cabinetry, granite countertops and appliances have been installed. If you want to cook during your stay there are plenty of dishes, coffee cups, wine glasses and most anything you might need. The original attic fan from 1940 has been replaced with a central heat & air unit. Original built-in shelf for old time wired phone in hallway has been repurposed into a charging station for mobile phones and tablets. The original gas wall heater in the bathroom has been converted to a space for a night light. Front porch is furnished with white wicker and lots of potted flowers. Backyard has a large patio with vintage chairs surrounding a fire pit.
Guest access
Guest may use the entire cottage. There is a small garage, just large enough for a golf cart, if a guest brings their own or rents one. Eufaula allows golf carts and many people travel to restaurants and the beach by golf cart.

Welcome to Sunrise Point! This property has been a guest favorite for the last 2 ½ years with mostly five star reviews. This is a new listing because of a change in management.

Nature is the star attraction of this property, which is situated on 1.6 acres with incredible lake views from nearly every room in the house. While many homes on the lake enjoy a view of the sunset, this home has the most amazing sunrises. Upon your arrival, the sound of waves and leaves will settle your soul. So, make this home your “home” even if you’re only here for a few days.

The Space
In the colder months, the bunk room has a sitting area for you to take in the most expansive views. When it’s warmer, immersing yourself in the outdoors by sitting on the back porch or closer to the water will not disappoint as there is water access from this property. One of the things that makes this property so accommodating to families is the existence of two master bedrooms and ensuites. The private driveway offers plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. Boat ramps are located along HWY 9.

Sauna Suite: This suite has a king-sized bed and a beautiful ensuite with sauna and a shower/tub combo. This suite has a 50” Roku TV and also has direct access to the four-season bunk room.

Bunkroom: If you want to bring your kids to this getaway, Sunrise Point has you covered with a four-season bunk room that can sleep up to five children. This room includes a full over full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle. There is a leather loveseat in this room, which could easily sleep another small child. (We have a pack n play crib and a highchair as well.)

Owner’s Suite: This suite includes a king-sized bed and its own ensuite complete with double vanity, soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower. This room includes a sitting area and a 65” Roku TV.

Queen Bedroom: This bedroom, with an adjacent full bathroom, has a queen-sized bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle. This room comes with a 60” Roku TV and has ample closet space.

Sunrise Point is equipped with a kitchen that is any chef’s dream. Professional Thermador appliances are throughout the space. There is an assortment of spices as well as baking dishes, numerous pots and pans, cookie sheets, a baking stone, and plenty of other items available for you to use. There is a crockpot, air fryer, blender, toaster, and Instant Pot available for your use. Enjoy the coffee bar that includes a Keurig, a French press, a Chemex pour over, a coffee bean grinder, and a good old-fashioned coffee maker. The dining room table seats ten, and the bar will accompany four more guests. When weather permits, there’s an additional six spaces available at the dining table on the covered porch.

Severe Weather Ready
Severe weather doesn’t have to ruin your vacation. The closet next to the sauna doubles as a safe room. Should there be severe weather approaching, gather in the closet and close the door for peace of mind. If the neighborhood loses power, the Generac generator will automatically turn itself on and is large enough to run the entire home including the tankless water heater and air conditioner.

If you own an electric vehicle (EV), we hope you decided to come to your vacation home in it.
If so, feel free to charge your EV on us. There is a Level two 40-amp J1772 charger on the east wall of the garage. On top of the cable mount is a Tesla adapter for that charger.

Outdoor Space and Lake Access
Guests of Sunrise Point will enjoy privacy in the expansive wooded yard with a lake view, a hammock, covered comfortable patio seating, a dining table, and a Blackstone flat top griddle.
A few steps down from the covered patio is an additional paved seating area, complete with Adirondack chairs, a firepit, and twinkle lights.

From the fire-pit area, follow the cut path about 100 feet down to the lakeshore. Here you’ll find a secluded pebble beach, perfect for fishing, swimming, paddle-boarding, and kayaking. This section of the lake is open to the public; however, it is not a highly trafficked area and you will likely have the cove to yourself often.

Neighborhood
Sunrise Point is the first vacation home available in the up-and-coming gated neighborhood, The Preserve at 9A on Lake Eufaula. You’ll enjoy all modern utilities and high-speed internet. This is “lake life” with the comforts of home built in. There is a neighborhood pool available to guests of Sunrise Point that is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends.
The nearby resort neighborhood of Carlton Landing has public parks, restaurants, and events that you are welcome to attend. Pool access at Carlton Landing is not included with your rental at Sunrise Point, but you can get a day pass to the X-Treme RV Resort, a premium facility about 15 minutes away, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Large back deck for grilling, patio dining, or a friendly game of Cornhole. Large fire pit are for roasting marshmallows and leaving the busy life behind for a while. There are two options for boat ramp access. Arrowhead state park and one three miles from cabin.

This unit of the duplex will make you want to relax with the whole family or bring your fishing partner for the big win! This unit has 2 separate bedrooms with full functioning kitchen. The lake is only 3 blocks down the street. Boat ramp and any last minute supplies are at Extreme Marina just 4 blocks away. There is electric access for charging your boat or golf cart. If you rent this unit, there will be no one in the other side.

Nonie’s Rustic Retreat is a 1-bed, 1-bath sanctuary that sleeps 6 guests and is close to Nine Marina and Eufaula with its fine restaurants, quaint shops, and Creek Nation Casino. Enjoy Lake Eufaula and all it has to offer! Our lake house is only a few blocks from the shores and beach of the lake. Boat ramps nearby. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, on a spacious lot, full of majestic pine trees. Deer, foxes, squirrels, and birds are frequent visitors. Quick, easy access to a main highway, groceries, gas and restaurants. Enjoy a walk or bike rides around the neighborhood. Or take your watercraft for a fun filled day on the lake. Many attractions are only minutes away.

The space
We have mature, majestic pine trees in the front yard that like to share their pine needles and pinecones. It's nearly impossible to keep the porch and porch furniture clean of these. We have neighbors on all sides - please be respectful.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use all rooms except master bedroom, master bath and laundry facilities. Laundry facility is available for guests staying 7 days or longer. Can accommodate up to 6 people if folks want to sleep on the couch or floor or bring their own air mattress.

Other things to note
Our neighbor's dog, Annie, may visit periodically. She's very friendly and loves to play fetch. We keep a bowl of water for her on the porch. Our neighbors also have chickens that freely roam.

Hit up all your local favorites right in the middle of town and enjoy a nice lake side walk around Lakeshore Drive at sunset or swim at multiple beaches around Lake Eufaula! The Rolling Retreat is located in the Longtown/#9 Landing area of Lake Eufaula. This camper is located less than a block from beautiful sandy beaches, the most gorgeous sunsets on Eufaula Lake, and a private boat ramp where fisherman or lake lover's can load and unload their boats. The area of Greer Heights is a friendly community and also allows golf carts.

The space
This RV is less than 3 years old and is in like new condition. It will sleep up to 4. The kitchen offers a range/oven, a refrigerator, a microwave,a toaster, and a Keurig. There are plenty of utensils . The dining room table seats 4.

The kitchen and dining room are open to the living room which has 2 recliners, a sofa (that makes into a full-sized bed), and a big screen TV.

Ideal for couples, small families, or solo adventurers, this unique space offers a comfortable 1-bedroom setup with a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests(2 adults, 2 kids or 3 Adults)

Our camper provides all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, fridge, and microwave, allowing you to prepare simple meals during your stay. At the back of the camper, you’ll find a Blackstone grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and enjoying meals in the fresh air.

The camper is located on the bottom half of the property, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility. My grandmother’s house is situated at the back of the property, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment. Plus, you’re just a short walk away from a beautiful beach and lake, perfect for swimming, fishing, and enjoying nature.

Although this property says 2 guests maximum, the sofa unfolds into a twin size sleeper. It also has an ottoman that unfolds into a twin sleeper as well. These options are available if 2+ guests are staying, although not highly recommended :)

The bathroom separates the 2 small bedrooms all the rooms have doors and latches. The Living space is also small, it host a small sink, micro fridge, futon, coffee maker, microwave & TV. We have a starter set of paper products in the kitchen but it is not a fully furnished home. We have a flat top grill & a webber style propane grill thats shared with other guest on the deck. The space has a 9k BTU mini split on the Lake side and a 5k BTU window AC on the parking side, all but 1 guest have been pleased with how cool it stays it has no issues keeping the space 70°f as long as the doors are not left open. :)
Please keep in mind this is a 384 sqft tiny home/Cabin but feels spacious IMO. We have luggage racks in the rooms & a space to hang clothes BYOH (bring your own hangers)
I also have 3 kayaks & a couple fishing poles that are shared.

1. Paper products, We supply a small starter set of paper plates, toilet paper & paper towels.
2. Beach towels ( we supply 4 towels, 4 wash cloths, 1 hand towel)
