- "We got the impression that not much was spent to comfortably furnish the home. The beds were cheap and way too firm. The couches and chairs were cheap and uncomfortable to sit in. The garage was strewn with leaves and two boxes of trash. In addition whoever cleaned the home before we moved in left sticky spots of liquid over the mud room area, kitchen and living area. It looked like a trash bag was carried with a hole in it dripping liquid. The outdoor patio needed to be weeded."

1. OCCUPANCY LIMITS: This is a 2 story 2-bedroom Townhouse. Occupancy is limited to 6 guests (i.e., two guests in each bedroom, two guests may use queen air mattress). Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. 2. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 10:00 PM. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500 and evicted from the property immediately. 3.QUIET HOURS are from 10PM-7AM This property is suitable for small gatherings or events with approval. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to a $500 security visit fee and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the home/apartment hallway at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. If the police are called for a disturbance, then the fee of $500 applies. 4. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping inside of the unit or on property premises. If you smoke you must leave the property and go across the street to the park. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found in the unit after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. 5. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. A violation fee of $150 will apply if door is left open or unlocked at any time. You are responsible for the property during the time of your reservation. 6. EARLY/LATE CHECKOUTS: Check-in time is 3:00 PM Checkout time is 10:00 AM. On occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, but this requires written email permission from us and can usually only be confirmed on the day of arrival / departure. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean. If unauthorized checkout is later than 12:00 PM, an extra $200 fee per hour will be charged in addition to any charges that may have impacted the following booking.

Space is on a lower level not the entire house, however the lower level has its own living room, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, game room, and bathroom! You will enter through the front door of the main house and the stairs to your basement apartment are just a few steps away!

We are located in the country, so it is very quiet, filled with deer, and the perfect place for a little getaway.

Also, WiFi isn’t the best living in the country- it can be slow:( but are working on it:)
