Families will enjoy our fully furnished cottage with two bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double) new bathroom, and fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy the fire pit while grilling out on the grill. There is a screened in porch over looking the river when the weather may not cooperate.

The cottage is located within 15 minutes of Heber Springs for shopping, dining, movies etc.. Or to enjoy the beaches on Greers Ferry Lake.

Enjoy a relaxing retreat at this cozy duplex near downtown Heber Springs. This is the back unit of the Rector House. It is a one bedroom, one bath unit. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and in the living room we have a couch that folds down to the bed and a floor twin mattress if you need it! You have separate parking, entrance, and enough room to bring your boat! We are centrally located to amazing restaurants and only 5 minutes to Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River.

This house was built in 1916 and has so much charm. This is the rear unit of the duplex.

This is the back unit of our duplex. The front unit is also listed on Airbnb. Each unit has its own driveway on separate streets. You will have separate parking and a separate entrance. There is a separate garage fenced off that you will not have access to. You will also not have access to the front unit along with the front yard of the house. You will have access to your parking area with yard inside the fence.

Other things to note
You enter the property on the paved driveway off of S 6th Street. You will see the fenced parking pad area and entrance to the unit. There’s also room to park your boat.

Dogs are allowed with pre-approval and paid pet fee. This is a duplex so we ask that if you leave you take the dog with you so they are not disturbing the front unit.
