- "We arrived in the middle of the night, after flying all day long, & had absolutely no problem getting into our cabin! The management had even turned on lights inside which made it feel very welcoming. The cabin is exactly as advertised and felt roomy for 4 adults. Our cabin was clean and they supplied us plenty of towels. My niece’s son came and slept on the couch for two nights (he was learning to fish) and rated the couch as “extremely comfortable.” Iron Mountain Lodge was very responsive to all our questions and requests—they were very accommodating to all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend Iron Mountain Lodge to both family and friends. P.S. For “fishing gear” (when teaching kiddos who’ve never fished), Iron Mountain Marina has reasonably priced gear and bait (& you can buy a two-day Arkansas fishing license online). Iron Mountain Marina also supplied terrific spot-on suggestions about “where to fish”—our 14-year-old great nephew had a blast learning “how to fish” for his first fishing experience.
