- "We stayed with our two toddlers and baby. It was the perfect camping experience but with added luxury! So many small details that made the stay so special. We brought our golf cart. The neighborhood had the perfect beach-like spot for the toddlers to play in. We even used the kayak provided!" - "We had a great weekend experience! The property is tucked away, but there are homes next door so it isn't completely isolated (but still plenty of room and privacy). The rental was amazing with top of the line appliances/amenities. The host thought of everything to make the stay that much better. The rental was stocked with basic cooking supplies, coffee, cooking essentials, and more. The only thing to note is that the property doesn't have direct access into the lake, but there is a channel in the back that can be accessed directly. There is a boat launch right up the road for direct access though! We will definitely be returning! Absolute great experience!"

This listing is for an entire home with a back yard apartment. The Rock House is newly renovated and located in the town of Zwolle in Sabine Parish. It is a great location to stay and experience Toledo Bend. Fishermen, hunters and groups working from out of town are welcome. It’s also a perfect place to stay while visiting family and friends for the holidays enjoying the Tamale Fiesta in October, or just getting away for the weekend. This home is close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Fishermen, hunters and groups working from out of town, the back yard has plenty of room for boat and trailer parking. It is easy to maneuver the boat trailers with the large yard and driveway. There is also outside outlets to charge the boat batteries.

Blue Lake Boat Launch is 5 minutes and Lanana Bay and San Miguel Boat Launches are 10 minutes from the home. Toledo Town USA and Cypress Bend are 15 min and 20 min drives respectively. Living the Dream fishing guide services is less than 15 min from the home.

The house includes 1,100 sq feet consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room. Both bedrooms and living room have smart TVs. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee bar and dining area. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. NO ANIMALS. NO SMOKING. This space is my house turned into a duplex. My husband and I live next door. The only shared space is the laundry room. You have your own thermostat. You can lock the door on your side leading to the laundry room. There is also a lock on the bedroom door.
There is a 9 inch step up to enter the apartment.

4 bedroom 2 bath home on Cane River Lake in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Built in 1942, and newly refurbished with hardwood and tile floors throughout. Located 4 miles from Historic Downtown Natchitoches.
When reserving Little Big House, count each person that will be staying as a guest. Some hosts list the entire home for a set price but we charge per person. This allows a small group to enjoy the stay without paying full pricing for eight people. Minimum of two and maximum of eight people.

The space
Little Big House is on highway 494 and has parking in front of the home. Outside cameras are for your safety and the safety of our home. Vehicles are not allowed in the back of the property or to park on the side of the home. The property does have Cane River frontage but does NOT have a dock on the property. The neighbors have a dock but renters are not allowed to use it.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. Cleaning supplies are available. Guests are responsible to clean spills that might occur such as coffee, soda, juice, food etc.. Please put all trash in bags and put in the outside dumpster near the back porch.

This Lakefront Guest House is a one room, open retreat with a half wall separating the bedroom from the living room. There is a kitchenette with some small appliances (NO full size oven or cooktop)to help make your stay more enjoyable. The property is wooded and full of natural beauty. Deer, fox, eagles, ducks, heron and raccoon are sometimes seen around the property. There is also a resident beagle and kitty cat.

Guests can enjoy their own private fishing area right in front of the cabin in the shade of the trees. Sibley Lake is a 2,000 acre lake with 38 miles of shoreline. Pack your fishing pole because the fish bite all year ‘round! With a little luck and the right season, you can expect to catch bream, bass, catfish and crappie. (Canadian Crawlers are our go-to bait of choice for bream and catfish. Jigs, shiners and rubber worms for crappie and bass) There are also two public boat ramps within a few miles of the cabin if you would like to launch your own boat. A Sibley Lake Use permit is required.

Our “Serenity” Guesthouse is nestled in a rustic neighborhood so it can be dark and hard to see at night. The property has a steep and winding driveway so please use caution when navigating the property on foot or by car. Motion activated lighting located on the cabin’s ramp leading up to the entrance will help if you arrive after dark. The host lives on the property just across the drive and up from the cabin. You will see it as you drive down the hill and to the right just before getting to the “Serenity” Guest House. There is a toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, a drip-style and Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, ice cream maker and mini fridge. There is NO full-sized oven or cooktop.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. Depending on how comfortable you are with your other guests, our home can accommodate up to 4-5 guests. These are just suggestions, but for the most comfort, we recommend 3 adults max, and the pull out couch for kids. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and a cozy loft at the top of the stairs with a twin bed adjacent to the bedroom. Both the king bed and twin bed are upstairs. In the living room is a queen pull-out couch and chair that has a twin pull out. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, while the downstairs bathroom is a half bath.

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook. We have two coffee makers- a keurig and a regular coffee maker. Games, dvds, cable tv, and books are available to keep you entertained in your downtime.

There are stairs going up to our home and stairs inside as well.
