- "My communication with Mrs. Keisha at the beginning was perfectly fine. It was once we both found out that dogs were brought onto the property that it became messy. She told me that the pets were fine and would allow the pets, WITHOUT an extra fee. Then she went back on her word and is now trying to get money she said she would not charge. She wanted free camera's from our co-workers to offset the "pet fee" then said no that is not what we want to do now. I tried to help with removing the dogs, but she worked on the side with my co-workers and that's what was so messy. She'd tell them one thing and tell me another. The neighbors are super nosey and complained about even just a little music and if you have friends come over during the weekend, don't think about it. Neighbors called the police about the music playing and the police came over, they told the team it wasn't that bad. We never received a ticket for any of the calls from neighbors. I've never had a homeowner come check on the home daily, we felt like criminals the entire stay. This has been the worst experience I've had with a VRBO home owner. "

He said I should've called him instead of the cops so he could take care of it and that his number was on the fridge. I told him, when you are worried about the safety of your family, you are not going to stop and think, Hmm, let me call the property manager. On a great note, the cops showed up very quickly. We were worried about retaliation so we left. "

- "Bonita1 is not only aesthetically pleasing, but furnished in a way that made it functional, too. There were thoughtful details such as lighted makeup mirror and motion sensing nightlights that could be adjusted. The mattress was good quality and very comfortable for us. It might be considered a little firm for some. Prior to booking, I was told that the parking would be under an awning, which was not the case. That said, the parking is conveniently located right at the front door. We had no issues with the neighborhood which was as described in the listing. It worked well for us (a couple) and we would stay there again."

- "Five Star!!" - "It’s been a good experience. I still have a couple months of work to do so I’m still staying here." - "Washer and dryer are super tiny & kind of pointless lol Battieries died in the thermostat around midnight and it got up to 87° thankfully I had brought batteries for a toy and got it back working, everything else was great!! Super comfortable beds!!!! Nice TVS!" - "Iverall nice place. Could use bigger pots to cook with and a strainer. We stayed 11 nights and found it difficult to make most dinners. Other than that, everything was wonderful."

- "Short distance for any travel nirse" - "I am so pleased with our recent stay! The property was so well put together and cute. For the price of the property, I was so happy with what we got and the friendliness of the staff that I was in contact with. I will absolutely book with them next time we're in the area!" - "The photos of the apartment do not accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment. If I had to guess, the photos were taken right after renovations were complete and several parties have been had since then. The furniture is stained, missing dishes have been replaced with cheap plastic substitutes, the shower has deep scratches in the bottom (I can't even imagine how that happened), repairs are messy (gobbed on caulk and spilled paint on the floors), and the kitchen cabinets had roaches in them. I was so disappointed, I walked out and went somewhere else. Overall the place gave me a bad vibe and I just did not feel comfortable staying there. Price was good, communication was great, but the photos do not accurately represent what you are getting."
