It's well lit and there are restaurants across the street and near by. I came for the Natchitoches Christmas Festival 2023 and I will stay there again next year! "

Lovely views of the lake and the sunsets. The primary bedroom has full views of the lake and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There are TVs in all bedrooms. Large porch with a swing and outdoor swivel chairs to enjoy the view. There are plenty of places to launch a kayak or canoe on the property. Boat launch, grocery store and Wildwood Resort water park (opening soon) are all close by. There is currently an Eagle nesting within view of the living room and porch. There are outdoor boat charging outlets. Laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use. Sunsets are spectacular. This home is on the water.

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom brick home is an ideal location for anyone looking for a nice, quiet and secure waterfront retreat. The home has high-speed internet and fully furnished with everything for all of your daily needs. Enjoy the glassed-in sunroom and multiple outdoor seating areas all overlooking beautiful Toledo Bend. The home sits just outside North Toledo Bend State Park which provides a boat launch, swimming pool, frisbee golf, hiking trails and other amenities.

The first thing fishermen will notice is the easy access to the property on all paved roads. The home offers a 2 car/boat covered carport with security cameras. Also available is a private boat house with 2 power lifts and an extra fishing area. The boat house is inside a deep water cove for year around boat house usage. The house is in the famous Blue Lake Area of the lake just inside San Miguel Bay. No reason wasting time idling because you will have boat lanes all the way to the boat house.

It's in a great location because you can make the run north or south about equally and near N. Toledo Bend State Park launch. The house was perfect for our big group of captains, anglers, and friends to participate in the LA Youth Bass Nation High School Tournament. We had terrific sleeping accommodations (beds are amazing), towels, common areas, and stock of all essentials one might need for a stay away from home. The property was adequate for many vehicles, boats, and access where we needed. The dock with 2 lifts, walkway, and cleared bank area made mooring our boats easy. Lastly, Tim and Jennifer, the owners, were an absolute pleasure to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. Tim was available anytime I called or messaged and made our visit to his home extremely easy and enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your home with us, and we are sure to be back sometime."

Perfect place to get away to relax, fishing and swimming. Covered boat parking with lights and to plug to charge the boat. Sabine ATV Park is about 21 miles. Boat launches are anywhere from 1 to 4.4 miles.

Angler's Paradise! Very cozy water view two bedroom(plus two Murphy beds) cabin at Toledo Bend near Many Louisiana. Cabin is perfectly situated on an inlet near Turtle Beach. Cabin can sleep 4-6 comfortably with plenty floor space for an air mattress if needed. It features a fully stocked kitchen with a separate coffee bar. Great place for fishermen or families. Turtle Beach launch is right around the corner and Toledo Town is just 5 miles away. Within minutes of Cypress Bend launch and beach.

Fully stocked cabin with plenty land to park your boats and vehicles. Rice pot, crockpot, coffeemaker, and everything else you need is in this cabin. Gas grill is provided as well. 5 miles from Toledo Town!

Cabin is located near Toledo Town that has restaurants, banks, and grocery stores. Many, La is just 15 minutes away and has a Walmart, nail salon, and many more places to visit.

This is a private camp in a quiet neighborhood of Pirates Cove. It is one minute drive, or a few minutes walk from Pirates Cove boat launch, restaurant, and swimming area. Enjoy festivities without having to drive home, but far enough away to provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The camp has two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, dining area and living room. TVs are located in both bedrooms, and the living room, with DVD players and fire stick available. The master suite itself provides a cozy, romantic atmosphere, for that private getaway. The second bedroom has bunkbeds, twin over double. with room enough for children or guests. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a twin bed. Keurig coffee service and microwave available on microwave stand. Regular size refrigerator with icemaker, small stove and pizza sized toaster oven available. On demand hot water heater, with endless hot water supply. Outside, there is a covered front deck with an outdoor kitchen, small table, and a ground level barbecue. Outdoor fireplace on premises. Firewood can be purchased.

The camp itself is on a private lot with its own car port. Surrounded by trees to provide shade after a hot day enjoying the water. In the evening, outdoor lighting can provide a romantic atmosphere for two, an outdoor family fun space, or venue for larger outside gatherings.
