Unbelivable 3 story lakehouse on Sam Rayburn in Tiger creek area. This property is right on the water with unbelivable views. There are 3 floors with a full bathroom on each floor. Master bedroom is on the top floor with a king sized bed and has a private balcony overlooking the lake. There is also a bunk room on the 3rd floor that sleeps 16, a full bathroom with bathtub/shower and wash room with a brand new washer and dryer. The middle floor bedroom has two queen sized beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub/Shower. The kitchen is on the middle floor open to the family room with 60 inch flat screen tv and leads out to the huge balcony with seating over looking the lake. The bottom floor bedroom also has to queen sized beds, a full bathroom with a stand up shower and another living room / game room with tv. There is also a second kitchen on the bottom floor as well. Bottom floor leads out to another patio with seating. Adjacent from the lakehouse out back there is a big gazebo with plenty of seating and views of the lake.

The home is two story with all three bedrooms upstairs. A large balcony off of the master suite overlooks the swimming pool and lake. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, living area, half bath and laundry room. Satellite TV located in the master and living room. WIFI is also available.

The swimming pool has a layout pad on one end and swim up seating for six at the bar on the opposite. The covered area has both gas and charcoal grills. You can play washers while you barbecue. Shufffleboard table is available for inside entertainment.

Down the street, you will find a Dollar General Store and a couple of tackle stores. Only 20 minutes from Jasper you can find Walmart, Lowes plus a variety of restaurants and varied stores. There are a few churches on FM1007. If you are looking for a more adventurous day trip, Lufkin and Toledo Bend are each 50 miles away, and you can be in Beaumont in an hour and a half.

Have a dog you would like to bring along? We love our furry friends (dogs only, no cats). We have plastic bags available for you to help us maintain the yard. If you have one, there is plenty of room for a kennel and bed; we ask that you do not let the dog on the bed or the furniture. The pet fee is $20.

There’s a super cute and cozy sun room right off of the kitchen living area if your wanting to spread out for some quiet time. The rooms were perfect. The master has a king bed and a tub shower combo and there are two smaller rooms one with a full bed the other with a queen. The fourth room is large and has two queen beds in it. It has a large driveway big enough to park a truck and large boat trailer combo (ours is 56 feet and we had plenty of room). You can easily see the water from the back porch and there is an easement to walk down to the water and leave your boat parked on the bank. It was the Fourth of July weekend and you would’ve never guessed, the neighborhood was very quiet and respectful, we’re a little older so we appreciated that lol. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

The building next door is available for boat storage during your stay, with electricity to top off your batteries if needed. Outdoor security cameras monitor your property as well as ours recording for your peace of mind should questions arise. HOA Community pool is available. Take a morning walk using the golf cart trail on the golf course right outside the back door. Plenty of family-friendly games in the dining room hutch. Great places to eat in Brookeland and Jasper (10 miles).

If it’s hot outside and you prefer to stay in the air conditioning, the house has a wall of windows that looks out on the backyard. There are no blinds or curtains on the windows, so it brings the outside to you. The house is positioned on the lot so the side of the house with all the windows doesn’t get direct sunlight in the morning or evening, so it does not cause the temperature inside to rise. My husband enjoys being outside, so he enjoyed taking a walk around the golf course each day. There is a very nice golf cart path you can walk around in the evening after the golfers have finished playing. There is a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen. They have a whole house filter along with filtered water by the kitchen faucet and filtered ice and water from the refrigerator. Bring your own coffee (ground, not K-pods), no filters needed. All the tools we needed for cooking were provided. The owner was very responsive to our needs and was a pleasure to work with."

With lake access only steps away, you’ll be able to enjoy world class fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing, and anything else your heart can imagine. You can easily leave boats and other water crafts in the water overnight for convenience. The large patio is equipped with outdoor dining, additional seating, fire pit, charcoal grill and wood grill/smoker.

The core of engineering built this lake back in the 50’s. Our private property stops inside the tree line. Everything outside of that is considered public - our neighbors may tootle through with their and may introduce themselves.

You will have full access to the entire home EXCEPT FOR: the small garage to the right of the home, office in barndo, and right side of the master closet. A keypad entry code will be provided to you 3 hours prior to check-in. The code expires after every guest. You are free to use anything within the home, we ask that any items brought out of the home be returned in similar condition and any furniture moved be put back where it was initially found.
