It is in a mature community, very quiet, with the exception of cars on NASA parkway. It has recent paint and updated kitchen appliances and has coastal decor. The building was built in 1978 and it can be humid and hot in the summer and the air conditioning struggles to go below 70 degrees.

Please park on the left side of the driveway or on the concrete slab to the left of the property. Please only use half of the concrete slab if you need this area for extra parking as other neighbors also use it.

Do not park on the first and second streets from the beach. They ticket for this.

Golf carts can be rented and delivered from several local golf cart places and can be driven through the neighborhood and down to the beach, but not on the beach. You can park in the grassy areas.
Other things to note
The deer are very friendly here as they are accustom to people. They generally do not let you pet them. Remind children these are wild animals, not a petting zoo.(remind adults too)
