The Lower level has a nice covered patio that leads to the lake. You will have lake access with a private pier (Boat in boat lift is there for storage and not accessible for tenants). Very Quiet Cul-de-sac. Great area for a family gathering. There is NO swing set or trampoline.

- "We needed this house so badly! After 3 games in 2 days and 2 more to go, we were tired and needed rest. Walking in and seeing this beautifully decorated place just immediately had us relaxing. It’s just a few minutes away from the Crosby baseball fields, which is such a blessing. Can’t say enough…gorgeous full kitchen, large bathroom, closet space, super comfy bed, spacious living area, and great laundry space! Bonus for us was the goats, horse, etc. We felt at home! 2 of us stayed the first night, 3 the second. It worked well for all of us. Being able to wash uniforms and keep all our drinks cold was amazing. Yes, I’m gushing because it is that wonderful. Very accommodating hosts who answered questions ASAP (& I hope we were supposed to keep the gate open, if not we are so sorry!). The entire place is very handicapped accessible with seamless design that keeps that from being the focus. Highly recommend!!"

Bring the whole family & friends to this 2500 sq/ft wonderful retreat with lots of room for fun, & relaxation. A half acre lot on the water. 45 minutes from downtown Houston! Gigantic wrap around porch. All 3 bedrooms have king-size beds and it's own big screen TV. The upstairs kids loft has 2 queen beds. Bring your boat, and tie up to the bulkhead!

This home was completely remodeled in 2023. This is the most stylish home on the lake and the perfect place for family vacations.

You will have full access to the house. This house is a dedicated vacation house with all rooms available to guests.

The best part of the house is the 16 x 40 foot deck out back. It spans the whole back of the house with gorgeous patio doors and windows facing the lake. The hot tub has an unobstructed sunset view and views of the Houston city skyline. You can fish from our new dock or take the kayaks (2 provided) out for a paddle. The deck, dock, hot tub and fenced yard are the best places to enjoy the gorgeous views and lake breezes. Yard games (ladder ball, cornhole and petanque) are provided.

Downstairs are two private primary suites with private bathrooms. This layout is ideal for two families traveling together. Each 'couple' has a private bedroom and bathroom from the other guests.

Downstairs is a spacious open concept kitchen with all new appliances and leathered quartzite countertops. The kitchen, dining and living are all open concept and flow onto the deck which includes a hot tub, dining space for twelve, a grill and additional seating. In the living room you will find a bar area with mini fridge and a 65 inch smart tv. You can ask 'Alexa' to play your favorite music or log in to your own apps. There is also a half bath and garage access for laundry on this level.

Upstairs we offer a game room with foosball, board games and books. There are two guest rooms and a full bathroom with tub. This bathroom has a door between the sink and toilet/tub are for extra privacy. One bedroom is a bunk room; the bunk room has two twin bunk beds and sleeps 4. The other bedroom has a twin/twin pop up trundle and sleeps 2 people together as a king or separately. This 'trundle' room also has a wall mount tv. You can bring a video game console to play here.

Other things to note:
The neighborhood is quiet and secluded. You'll need to drive about ten minutes through a quiet neighborhood to get our lake house. We recommend stopping for groceries and fishing bait before you get here.

Feel free to bring you own boat and tie off overnight on our dock. You can also join the Facebook group "Lake House Party Boaters" to find a local who rents their personal boat.

The sunsets here are seriously the best! Did we mention you can see the Houston city skyline from the back deck and hot tub?

We love relaxing on the deck in the evenings, we know you will too.

Please know that this house is great for making memories with family and friends. However, this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Unauthorized guests are not allowed. We do not allow birthday parties or baby showers, etc over the number of authorized guests and also the number of cars must never exceed three cars at the house. This is to ensure peace for our wonderful neighbors.

***UPDATE: The stairs from the dock into the lake were damaged during Hurricane Beryl in July, 2024. We plan to replace the stairs as soon as possible. The dock is still safe and ready to enjoy.

After my experience, I honestly wonder now if the owner planted this himself, just to take my money, or maybe this is the home he uses for his extramarital affairs with the cleaner the reason that the house wasn’t properly cleaned. Regardless, it was there and we did not put it there. There was also a hole in the wall upstairs. I didn’t look deeper until I saw the bloody condom wrapper and knowing that people have sex, you don’t want to walk into a place after spending your hard earned money for a family vacation and be presented with such especially with your children, they saw it before me. Our waterfront home is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood right on Lake Houston. The home has a "vacation vibe" as soon as you walk in - everyone says they feel so comfortable and right at home here. You will enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large gourmet chef's kitchen with double ovens, desk space, fast wifi, a cool outdoor game room/man cave, AND a spacious back deck with a full assortment of BBQ equipment! Our retreat has something for everyone to enjoy! All of the bedrooms upstairs have amazing lakefront views. This is a smart house with many modern features including voice control and multiple Amazon devices throughout the house. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have access to the upper level deck. Please note we also use the house part-time when it's not rented - as such the garage is not available. Because we also use the house part time - you will find it very well stocked - from dishwasher pods to bug spray to kitchen gadgets - we are set up for your stay!

Two kayaks are also available if you would like to explore the lake. You can swim from the dock, but no diving (it's shallow off the dock!) - you must use the stairs. Lake Houston is a hidden gem in the Houston area with several waterfront restaurants and lakeside activities!

***PLEASE NOTE: This peaceful retreat is a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. While we are in a "town" and have very reliable cell/wifi servce - it still feels like a remote location. If flying in - you will need a car. Uber is not reliable in this area. DoorDash and UberEats are available, but be prepared to wait 45 min - 1 hour. We are at the very back of our neighborhood - it's a solid 10 minute drive to the house once you turn off the main road. We do have grocery stores, restaurants, etc - they are just at least 20 minutes away.

In town for a wedding? Our neighborhood is right next to The Barn at Four Pines Ranch and D'Gala Ranch and we have been honored to host many families coming in town for weddings!
