I know this is still a river house, so we had some spiders, a couple of Roaches and mosquitos. We have lived in Texas for years and we know that this is normal. This is a very spacious home with a very down-to-earth feel. The other park guests are all very calm, relaxed, and just love staying so close to the river. There are lawn chairs located in the property that are available for use as well. Bring your favorite fishing equipment or ask for a recommendation if you want to put your fisherman hat on! People have caught some huge fish off of our pier, and it is known by many of the locals as the best fishing spot on the water. Ask us about renting kayaks, boats, or feel free to bring your own. If we can accommodate your request, we will certainly give it our best! At night time, and during the day, feel free to hang out, listen to music, and kick back on the front porch. Our property includes access to our private boat launch that is shared with one other house on the property. Bring your boat and spend the day boating or fishing or bring the jet ski and have some fun! Sit on the outdoor covered deck for waterfront and sunset views.

While we do allow kids and consider the house kid friendly, there are a few thing you may need to keep in mind when bringing smaller kids . Here are a few but not limited to; The porch does have cable railing with large gap and is slightly elevated. There are larger hills and unlevel/drop off areas on the land . You will be required to watch your children at all time and do not leave them unattended. We have never had any problems with our own children, but wanted to bring this to your attention for everyone's safety.

This is a studio cabin suite, with a modern yet down-to-earth feel. The other park guests are all very calm, relaxed, and just love staying so close to the river. There are 2 park-style grills in the picnic area, a game of horseshoes, as well as a few picnic tables. If you consider yourself a fisherman, feel free to bring out your own equipment. People have caught some huge fish off of our pier, and it is known by many of the locals as the best fishing spot on the water. Ask us about renting kayaks, boats, or feel free to bring your own. If we can accommodate your request, we will certainly give it our best! At night time, and during the day, feel free to hang out, listen to music, and kick back on the porch or pier. We think that you'll find the park to be very calming, and with the size of the property, you won't bother anybody.

Guest will have access to the majority of the House with the exclusion of a couple storage rooms, some select cabinets and the garage. All doors are clearly labeled with door signs and these doors will also be locked. The off-limit areas will be monitored and alarmed from the inside only. If you or one of your guest attempt to access these areas the authorities will be contacted and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
