Gym is better than expected with 3 machines and dumbbells. It is also very clean. Even though it is about 300 feet off Hwy 90, the sign is hard to see. - "We needed this house so badly! After 3 games in 2 days and 2 more to go, we were tired and needed rest. Walking in and seeing this beautifully decorated place just immediately had us relaxing. It’s just a few minutes away from the Crosby baseball fields, which is such a blessing. Can’t say enough…gorgeous full kitchen, large bathroom, closet space, super comfy bed, spacious living area, and great laundry space! Bonus for us was the goats, horse, etc. We felt at home! 2 of us stayed the first night, 3 the second. It worked well for all of us. Being able to wash uniforms and keep all our drinks cold was amazing. Yes, I’m gushing because it is that wonderful. Very accommodating hosts who answered questions ASAP (& I hope we were supposed to keep the gate open, if not we are so sorry!). The entire place is very handicapped accessible with seamless design that keeps that from being the focus. Highly recommend!!"

Parties/Gatherings
No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance!

Security Deposit
A $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.

Additional Amenities
A crib is available upon request. We currently have 14 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.

If you need additional bedding such as extra pillows, air mattresses, or electric (heated) blankets, please feel free to make a request. A walker is also available upon request.
