- "Noisy people at the top " - "Good " - "My husband and I travel OTR, as he’s a truck driver. When I’m with him, we typically get more hotels than usual instead of sleeping in our truck. After arriving in Houston, I was looking for my norm (Hilton or Hyatt) at a more affordable rate when I happen to stumble across Hotel Blue. When I saw the price along with the 8+ rating, I gave it a look. I was appalled at the cleanliness, aesthetics and home-like look and feel. It was beautiful! So I gave it a shot. Let’s just say every time we come to Houston (and we come here a lot) we’ll be staying at Hotel Blue! The pictures are NOT photoshopped nor are there any added glamour. It looks exactly like the pics; maybe better. The front office looks and smells great! The owners are super nice and welcoming. Our room was beautiful! Super clean, comfortable bed with nice appliances and super clean bathroom. Outdoors are well lit at night and the landscaping is beautiful as well! Very convenient location with stores and restaurants around. Try Pappa’s Bar B Que which is like 5min away! Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be our home while in Houston going forward. :)"
