This remodeled prime 1 bedroom/1 bath first story condo reveals white porcelain tile flooring with a luxurious adjustable king size bed just inside the front door to the left side. A few more steps into the condo is a small and a large cherry wood bathroom vanity with granite countertops that leads to a combination shower and jacuzzi tub, for a relaxing bubble bath. Continuing down the hallway, on the left side, is a bar with 2 contemporary adjustable bar chairs. On the other side of the bar is a fully equipped granite countertop and cherry wood cabinet kitchen with a gas stove and stainless appliances. Directly in front of you is a very comfortable living and dining room area which opens up just past the bar. Indoors:
The cabin is spacious with two bedrooms and a kitchen with a gas stovetop, fridge and air fryer. The table can seat 8, and there is another game table perfect for puzzles or poker. The cabin also has a washer/dryer. There is a master bedroom plus a bunkroom for the kids. The cabin is wheelchair accessible and has grab bars in the master bathroom. There is a full bath and a 1/2 bath inside, plus an outdoor shower. There is no smoking in the cabin.

Outdoors:
The outdoor patio is a perfect place to hang out and drink your morning coffee. The large fire pit is a gathering place to swap stories in the evenings and make smores.

We have two kayaks and two jon boats available for use on the pond. The pond is fully stocked and a guaranteed catch for kids! (Poles provided - catch and release only).
Smoking is allowed in the fire pit area. Cigarettes and cigars only and please leave no trace of them.

We have a pickleball court and can set up a badminton net for you as well.
You are welcome to hike around the property. There are plenty of animals to see - horses, emus, ducks, chickens and quail. We usually have baby quail too!

Other:
The cabin is next door to our home so all outdoor areas are shared. Please treat the cabin as you would your own home. No parties without prior approval, please. No confetti or glitter may be used inside or outside the cabin.

- "Nice interior and roomy. Walking distance to lake. Surrounding houses not very scenic, but neighborhood was peaceful. Decks and outside furniture needed washing down, outside couches were mildewed and propane grill low on gas. Lawn needed mowing."

Plenty of room for the entire family with multiple common areas and a fully stocked Kitchen for gourmet cooking. Indoor table can seat 10 and the outdoor table seats 12. The loft has a pull out queen sleeper, Entertainment center and games. The Master is on the main floor with an ensuite and the 3 bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom. There is a guest commode on the main floor and an additional shower in the garage to rinse off when coming in from the lake if desired. Our house is on a cove and is about 5 houses away from the open water of lake Conroe and one of the best bays for wakeboarding and skiing. The community has it's on boat launch and there is a boat dock behind the house.
