Truly it feels like you are on a cruise ship when laying in bed and looking out the windows with a beautiful lake view. The sunsets are AMAZING and the lighthouse is gorgeous at night!!
Please keep in mind to take SAFETY PRECAUTIONS with the back porch. The lake is only about 6 ft from the back porch.

Bright apartment on the shores of the lake with incredible views and sunsets ☀️. It has a lot of amenities: tennis courts, basketball, children’s playground and unrestricted access pool just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

*Please understand that the pools are not under my supervision. If by chance they are not working or not in season (as these pools are seasonal) that is not my responsibility.*

The kitchen is fully equipped or if you prefer, you do not need to cook, you can enjoy the services and excellent food of the Restaurant that is just 20 feet from the apartment.Or you can enjoy the Dinner Cruise that docks just 30 feet from the apartment (known as the best dinner on Lake Conroe), or just simply enjoy the view of the cruise from your balcony. There are a lot of amenities: tennis court, basketball court, children's playground and private/gated pool just 5 mins walk from the apartment. There is a pool card for this pool. If the pool pass is lost then it is a $50 fee.
*Please note that there are rugs that generate some lint even after cleaning. It is not pet hair. Any review that is left that states there is pet hair is not true. I have a no pet policy.*
