All bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd floor with Large Master Bedroom Suite (Bedroom 1) and a queen bed (Bedroom 2) . It's amazing & looks out onto open nature. It also include is a convertible sofa sleeper & desk in the living room area. On the 2nd story is the living room, dining room and a kitchen area. There's plenty of parking in the garage and outside the garage for over-sized vehicles.

This Airport Hide Out has all the essentials needed for a one night stay or a short term rental. You have a full kitchen, King size bed, 55in smart tv, computer desk, dinning and full bathroom (body wash, shampoo and conditioner included).

** NO WASHER AND DRYER ON SITE** Theres a a laundromat, right outside of our community, maybe 2 mins driving distance.

Outside of the Airport Hideout, you can enjoy the covered gazebo with solar lights, comfortable patio furniture and a mosquito net. Please fill free to vape or smoke outside only. If you have pet, please make sure you pick up after your pet.

So, if you like efficient and cost efficient; The Airport Hideout is your best bet for peace of mind close by IAH and short distance to the inner city!

** Please keep in mind this studio is above my parking garage, so occasionally you might hear noise from the garage opening/closing and planes coming for a landing but not all the time**

To assist with sleep aid you do have a sleep ease machine that helps soothe the noise around you for a better nights rest

The Airport landing is right around the corner from the Hideout, a lot of guests love the landing area because of the amazing sunsets you can get while watching the planes land. If you choose you can also enjoy the air planes from the back yard and the comfort of your on vibe.

marked as pending until the required photos are provided. The host is not responsible for any repairs,
damages, or issues reported without the necessary photographic evidence. Failure to provide pictures
may result in the request being dismissed or significantly delayed.
Exceptions:
In the case of urgent or emergency situations where taking pictures may not be feasible, guests should
contact the host immediately by phone or other direct communication methods. Photographs should
still be provided as soon as possible after the incident.
The host reserves the right to request additional information or photographs if the initial submission is
unclear or insufficient for assessing the situation.
Consequences for Non-Compliance:
Maintenance requests that do not adhere to this policy will not be prioritized and may experience
