Due to COVID-19, we want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by enhancing our cleaning routine; taking extra care cleaning and disinfecting our space to include frequently touched surfaces before you check in.

Our family along with our two dogs live in the main house on site, making us easily and readily accessible, but our rental property is completely separate and private! We are always just a text or a phone call away if you need anything!

Temple, Texas is located in Central Texas so we are just 30 minutes away from Waco (and the Silos!) Fort Hood, and Killeen, 45 minutes away from Round Rock, 60 minutes away from Austin, 20 minutes from Harker Heights, and 15 minutes from Belton, making us the perfect place to stay for day trips to nearby cities!

This rental property is found in the heart of Temple’s Historic District, perfect for scenic walks, drives, or bike rides through North 13th, North 11th, and North 9th streets.

We are also just blocks away from the Amtrak Train Station for unique travel experiences to other destinations and minutes away from Temple's downtown historic area, where you’ll find casual or fancy dining, bars, or shopping at The Hub, where there’s something for everyone! Our apartment provides everything you need for your trip! We provide everything listed in the amenities and more!

In the bedroom, you'll enjoy a good night's sleep, sleeping comfortably in a queen size bed. There is a dresser, chest of drawers, an iron, ironing board, and hangers. Extra blankets and pillows are also provided for your comfort. 42" Smart TV is provided for your entertainment.

Living room has a sofa, recliner, and an installed Smart television with access to Netflix & Amazon streaming and more for our guests' entertainment. Complimentary Wifi is also available for your stay.

Kitchen area is fully equipped with full size appliances including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, a set of dishes for 4, pots and pans for cooking and cooking utensils, wine glasses, toaster, can opener, crock pot, blender, baking pans, and electric hand mixer.

The bathroom has a full size tub. It also has a nonadjustable shower head that offers 3 different water settings, which you'll find the lever behind the shower head. There is also a hair dryer, soap dispenser, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, and towels for your convenience.

Washer and dryer is available for guests' use and is located inside the apartment. Extra towels and linens will be found in the laundry area if needed.

Our apartment has central heat and air condition for our guests' comfort.

For your security, we have provided an alarm system that you can set each time you leave and each night while you are there.

For extended stays, there is a locked mailbox so that you can receive mail during your stay.

*Apartment entry is located on second floor via stairs. Please note that this apartment is not well-suited for the mobility impaired.

Guests park in private covered parking underneath carport. There is enough room for two vehicles to park one behind the other.

Neighborhood kids and/or dogs around the neighborhood. Dogs may be heard during sleeping hours.

Location is near Temple High School; commentators can be heard during football games or events.

The train tracks are very nearby so the trains may sound during sleeping hours. Disposable ear plugs are available in bedroom nightstand.

This ground level apartment is great. At times you may hear the tenant upstairs. The WC is a historic building so it is to be expected to hear some noise.

Other things to note
The unit does not have a washer/dryer but there is a modern laundry mat, 3 minutes away that can wash a whole load in 8 minutes. It's amazing.
