- "Was excited to stay here but quickly lost enthusiasm once we realized we would be on the 3rd floor with no elevator and in the farthest complex from the pool amenities. Communication was great up until actually checking in and our app wouldn’t unlock the door. The app directions were not intuitive and it took quite some time to get assistance. Customer service was pleasant but required downloading a whole other app while standing in a hallway in 100+ degree heat and with little cell reception. They stayed on the phone with us until we made entry into the apartment, which was appreciated. The apartment was clean and had good space. Just hated going up and down those stairs multiple times of day and night with our little dog. The heat made it just so much harder to deal with. Since it was quite a hike to the pool, we never made it over there during our short stay. Overall the location of the complex was perfect for our needs."
