One bedroom cottage comfortably furnished with a queen, Beauty Rest mattress , down pillows, high thread count hotel sheets, and ample closet space. Additional sheets and blankets are in the antique chest. Off the adjacent hallway you will find a nicely appointed full tile bath/shower. We offer two King Suites each equipped with a king bed that has high end mattresses and linens. One of the suites also has a trundle bed with quality mattresses and high quality linens. Each suite has en suite bathrooms.

- "Two of my kids relocated to Georgetown and we wanted to visit them and give their grandparents a chance to see the town as well. The visit happened to coinside with the red poppy festival, which was a plus. We drove around the Lake discovering the parks, and places to camp, hike, ride bikes, so it was a great visit. The rental was really great, and we really enjoyed the trip. I am certian that we will visit again to enjoy some biking and hiking with the kids, and would definitely repeat this property."

Peaceful 2 bed/2 bath cottage on San Gabriel River 3 miles from Georgetown Square. Fully furnished, fridge, kuerig, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, covered porch to enjoy that morning cup of coffee watching the deer. Have fun making s’mores and hot dogs at the river. The property is a duplex-style cottage located on 6.5 acres with owners living in a separate house on site. Please call for directions and gate code. GPS does not get you to the end of the private road.

There is access to the river via a short walk on the property. There are picnic tables and a fire-pit, with wood provided. Please bring your own s'mores or hot dogs for roasting. You can easily walk out into the water. It is good for perch, catfish, carp, and bass fishing. We can provide paddle boards and kayaks for use when water levels are ideal. Just ask us.

The unit is brand new and beautiful, the owners thought of everything and were very responsive and friendly if we had questions. The beds were amazing and we all slept great. It is beautifully decorated and is perfect for couples, small families, or a fun girls trip. They even have fire pits and picnic tables by the river…so fun! We can’t wait to go back."

Five minute walk to Southwestern University. There is a cute neighborhood coffee shop that is a 5 min walk called 309 Coffee. Escape to this spacious, well furnished "cottage" home@ 105 Providence St.located in the Retirement community of SUN CITY TEXAS located near picturesque Historic Georgetown. This wonderful retreat features spacious well furnished rooms. 2 bedroom - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. With modern amenities guests can unwind in the beautiful surroundings. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything the retirement community of SUN CITY, Texas and our beautifully furnished home has to offer.

- "The property is located in a very convenient neighborhood in Sun City. It has easy access to many of the amenities offered. The house is decorated with very old but OK furniture. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances, although old, work well. The new TV in the living room is confusing and limited but works well.The major issue we had with the property was cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty as were the cupboards themselves. We had to wash many of them before use. The other main issue was the lack of initial products to use upon arrival. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no shower products, We had to make a grocery store run late in the evening of arrival. We left many of our unused products when we checked out so the next renter will not face what we did.Other issues we faced was the front door that has to be closed in a special way to use the entry code. We had to clean the bathroom drain faucets to get them to work properly. Towels were very old and thin and in some cases ripped. We bought and left plastic hangers for the master closet as the metal ones in place were inadequate. We think the property is worth considering however the owners to attend to the inadequacies. "

The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

The space
Our place is great for couples or very small groups (1-4). This is an older home with original hardwoods, cabinetry and windows. It's kid friendly, but not kid-proof. This 2/1 home was built in 1916 and is 944 square feet.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home and backyard. 1 small carport for parking. Also, some parking along the street unless city signs indicate "no parking Friday-Sunday" for special events.

Other things to note
This 1916 cottage has a tin roof, it may be a little noisy during heavy rains. Motion Sensor Security camera (audio/visual) is installed on back porch with view of back porch/carport. It is operational. Outdoor hanging lights are on an automatic timer. The bathroom is small, so only one towel hanger provided. You will find towel hangers on the closet in the primary bedroom and behind the door in the front bedroom.
