The price we paid for the Eclipse stay was astronomical, but we waited until April to book. The regular price seems reasonable for a roomy one-bedroom, nicely and newly renovated. The floors were gritty and sticky, the home was moldy, the toilet area was dirty, the shower—rain head with fire hydrant pressure, bed sheets…sandpaper at best, and the bed hard and squeaky. I received a text from management company the day before our stay informing me the spa was out of order but because they have a no return policy wasn’t much I could do about it. Once arriving at the property it was obvious the spa hadn’t been in working order in years. They say there is internet but you have to agree to “mass marketing” and enter your phone number & email. The shower in the bathroom was very slow to drain, and I was always having to dry off while standing in soapy water. No coffee included with the coffee maker; perhaps I was supposed to bring it and that may have been indicated in the listing. If it was, I missed it. I did call the property management office after hours, left a voicemail message, but never got a response. The pictures don’t paint the whole picture; the cabin sits in the backyard of a house, about 30’ away. That’s the sidewalk you see in the picture. Overall location was very good for my purposes - near town and hill country roads. "
