It was so peaceful and quiet, except for the animals of course, which were so fun to watch and interact with! Chicken, ducks, geese, etc as well as goats and the very friendly longhorns. The unit was clean and stocked with coffee and creamer, water and bagged chips. The coffee pot is the Ninja brand and was very nice. Made a great cup of coffee. Beds were very comfortable. The glass garage style door that opens was such a nice addition. It was so nice and cool in the morning and we opened the door and drank our coffee while enjoying the sunrise. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Love the hanging lights at night and the Alexa speaker. Definitely recommend. "

But that gripe aside, this is one of the best small town locations to stay at. Included fridge, great temperature control, comfy furniture and plenty of space to unpack. The bathroom was amazing, so clean and with a large jet tub. grounds and a amazing view outback with some of the most beautiful tress. So close to downtown, like 2-3 mins away, take time to look at some of the shops and restaurants. Finally, the property is close to a beautiful scenic drive to Fredericksburg that is totally worth doing one of your days visiting. Definitely stay here, I would love to visit again. "
