Not having a pool was a huge disappointment with our group that had 6 kids. The bunk room/game room was unusable as well due to a super strong smell (we think varnish?) that would make you light headed. The room itself is super cute and would be a great space to hang out & sleep 4 on the two sets bunk beds if not for the odor. Luckily there were enough beds for our crew without using that room, but would have been more a problem if we were relying on those beds. Wish we had known: The river in front of the property is not flowing (this may be seasonal - not sure). We were able to use the kayaks/paddle board to get across to rocks on the other side of the “cove” and then hike over the rocks to a spot that had little rapids/flowing water which is where we sat, swam & hung out. With Wimberley only 30 minutes away, enjoy the delicious restaurants as well as the charming shops at Wimberley Square. Blue Hole Regional Park is also located very close as well as many wineries. Gather around the dining table with seating for 4 for formal meals or break out the cards and engage in an evening of friendly competition with a side of cocktails.

This home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom with full size bed and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom also includes a plush full size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The home’s guest bathroom includes a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

It is a tiny home with just under 160 square feet but has everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep. The peace and tranquility is amazing and we are right in the middle of over 50 Texas Hill Country wineries. We have three within walking distance that you can begin to enjoy as you settle in: Blue Lotus Winery and Silver Dollar Winery to the east and Untamed to the west. So whether you are looking for a quick getaway or a home base while you attend one of the many festivals and events in the surrounding areas, we are the right choice.

Our containers are arranged in pods of five surrounding majestic oak trees and lush landscaping with just enough ambient lighting to make it relaxing and comfortable. If you want to hang out, just walk over to the common area where you will find open space, chairs, a hammock, picnic tables, grills, giant beer pong, wooden tower game, ring games and our custom Container Retreat cornhole boards. Since we want to preserve our beautiful oak trees, we do not currently offer a fire pit.

Other things to note
Our mattresses were custom handmade locally from Cantwell Mattress in San Antonio. These mattresses are made in Texas with 100% All-Natural Cotton sourced in Texas.

Our shampoo, conditioner and body wash are made with 100% Pure Morocco Argan Oil and are 100% Vegan & Cruelty-Free. In addition, our hand soap is made with essential oils, aloe vera, olive oil, and without parabens, phthalates or artificial colors. We have provided everything you need in our kitchenette, including a corkscrew and wine pourer to enjoy your Texas Hill Country wine.
