- "We were visiting friends in Baytown and needed a place to stay. This cottage was perfect, great layout, 2 bathrooms and everything you could need. We left every day after breakfast and came home in the evening/night. The beach is not far away which is really great. You get into the house via a keypad, so you can't lose a key or have a problem with not having enough keys if everyone doesn't want to do the same thing. If I come back to Baytown this will be my first inquiry as to whether it is available. Thank you and greetings from Germany."

2 Bedroom Cottage, walking distance to Tookie's Seafood...a seafood restaurant with sports bar. Very close to TboneToms, Kemah Boardwalk and NASA, Pizza Joint right next door. Pet friendly with ample trailer parking for boat or RV. Fenced in Backyard. Smoking area patio in backyard. Streaming large screen TV. Barely slept in high quality mattresses. Mostly new furniture, new flooring and new paint. Full Kitchen with regular and Keurig coffee makers. Uber is good around here. Good roads for walks. Welcome to the Parrot Cottage.

The Old Parsonage is located in Seabrook, half way between Houston and Galveston! There are plenty of family-friendly activities just over the bridge at the Kemah Boardwalk and down the road at Space Center Houston! We are nestled a block away from the water in Old Seabrook, there are several great restaurants within walking distance including one of Houston's most famous burger joints, Tookies, the new Tookies Seafood, Gourmet Desserts at The Seabrook Waffle Company!

You are close to everything when you choose this comfy home. From the waterfront deck, you can see the lights of Kemah Boardwalk, where you can enjoy carnival games, rides and dining. The adventures are endless; fishing, crabbing and kayaking with private access to the water. NASA space center is just a few miles away. Galveston is a short 20 mile drive to hit up The Strand District, Schlitterbaun's Water Park, The Pleasure Pier or the beaches. Make Seabrook your next vacation destination.

The space
The house has everything you will need. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided as well as beach towels, sand toys, life vests and puddle jumpers for the tiny ones. We provide access to a pack-n-play and a high chair for families with young children. There are several spaces to enjoy time with each other. A large dining table to enjoy board games or cards (games and cards provided), a fire pit area for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing after a day in the sun, a picnic table and grill for outdoor dining, and a deck for sunbathing, fishing, or just watching the sunrise and sailboats.

You are welcome to access the entire home accept for the closets that are locked as well as the shed below the home. These spaces are where we store back stock and personal items.

Other things to note
Our home can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults if you choose to use the sofa sleeper.
