Additionally, due to the style of the bed frame and small size of the rooms, I managed to knock my shin on the corner several times. This is really the only upgrade I would recommend, again the place was nicely done and had very good customer service."

Cozy, tastefully appointed and practical, this cottage (central AC/Heat) has 3 bedrooms and one (shower only) bathroom, den space with Table Seating for 4 (additional chairs avail) and slipcovered sectional queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked galley kitchen (with cookware,utensils/basic spices/oils/foil etc), washer/dryer/iron, High speed Wifi , 4 TV's (3 Smart),XBOX 360, separate alarm system. The space
The entire house is packed with windows letting natural light hit the heart of pine floors at all hours of the day. The kitchen is loaded with premium finishes including a SubZero refrigerator and Wolf range. There are place settings for 8 people, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, and a full size coffee maker. The kitchen opens up to the living area with ample seating around a Sony Smart TV. The dining room table seats 8.

On the mid-level, you will find a full bath with double vanities and a clawfoot tub, along with the laundry room next to it which houses a huge commercial grade MayTag washer and dryer. At the top of the stairs are the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has king size platform bed, full size dresser, and a walk-in closet adorned with antique doors. Bedroom 2 is huge and has a queen size bed, along with (2) twin beds. There is ample room for a blow up mattress or two! At this time, we do not provide the additional mattresses. Up the next few steps is the second full bath with shower and double vanities.

Decorated with a blend of antique doors, modern finishes, ship lap, and pine floors - this house is so cozy and unique. Absolutely the most private setting you can get in Lafayette, LA - all while being a stone's throw from everything you need.

You would be renting the Entire house. My space was originally built in the 1930’s and remodeled in 2006 and sits on 2 acres. It is located in Cajun country. The house is near quite a few small towns that offer amazing antiquing, swamp tours, and some amazing music venues.

Janie’s cottage is located behind our home with its own private back yard. We are close to I-10 and 1-49 making it a short distance to Lafayette or Opelousas. We are close to shopping, restaurants, parks, banks and churches. Our cottage is cozy and peaceful for two people needing a get away or someone on a work assignment and need a comfortable bed and a quiet safe place to stay .We have Wi-Fi and Netflix available for our guest,we have a water softener system so our guest will have soft water.

Our favorite music venue in Dallas, Texas is called The Rustic and this place is a nod to that relaxed vibe, warm woods and colorful textiles throughout. We even sourced many of the items used in this unit from our summer trip to the Southwest!

The Rustic is set in historic West End Heights neighborhood in a circa 1940 Craftsman Cottage Duplex.

We have lovingly restored all the original features while modernizing to provide all the creature comforts our guests desire.

Our place has all the comforts of home. It has an open floor plan with 1000 sq ft of living area. A fully stocked kitchen/dining area with laundry room and stackable washer/dryer. Large bathroom with a walk-in closet and make-up area. The bedroom has a beautiful 4 poster king size bed with a very comfortable mattress that is brand new. It also has an extra bonus area with a twin size bed that can be sectioned off for privacy with a curtain. For extra sleeping space, we have a brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a self inflating twin size air mattress that is stored in the bathroom closet for use. For families traveling with babies, we have a porta crib available by request. Private concrete parking, security lighting, covered back porch with seating area to enjoy your morning coffee. We provide coffee, cream, sugar, & sweetner to get you started, along with bottled water, snacks, paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid and trash bags.

Our spacious cottage is furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The large living room has ample space with a comfortable sofa, chair, and beanbag to hang out and enjoy each others company or snuggle up and watch a movie.

Cook your favorite meal in the kitchen where you will find full size appliances, or enjoy the weather and grill out on the patio. There is a finished claw foot tub on the patio for relaxing, as well as patio table and chairs. The back yard area is fully fenced for pet wrangling as well as for privacy. The grounds are spacious and full of beautiful native plants and trees. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

There is plenty of space for parking in the driveway and on the right side of the house. Please do not drive in front of the house or around the back of it.

There is a single exterior security camera located on the front porch. This is for the safety of our guests, our neighbors, and ourselves.

There is a locked supply cabinet in the laundry room. Otherwise guests have full access to the cottage. You are welcome to explore the property but for your safety please do not go near the area around the shed and do not enter the shed.

The cottage has a septic system, please do not flush anything aside from human waste and toilet paper. Please do not put any food waste down any drains.

We have a single exterior camera located on the front porch. This is for the safety of our guests, ourselves, and our neighbors.

The Cottage Downtown is a two bedroom, one bath retreat! Most comfortable beds in town plus and oversize couch. Large granite island is perfect for gathers of 8 or more! The Fair Oaks Farmhouse is nestled among 4 acres of lush, mature trees in the heart of Lafayette, LA, located just a mile from Ochsner Lafayette General Hospital and a mile from Moncus Park. In less than 10 minutes, you can be listening to live music downtown or shopping in River Ranch. There is no other home like it where you get all the amenities of city life with all the relaxation of the country. It's private setting and ample parking make it the perfect spot for wedding party weekends.

The space
The entire house is packed with windows letting natural light hit the heart of pine floors at all hours of the day. The kitchen is loaded with premium finishes including a SubZero refrigerator and Wolf range. There are place settings for 8 people, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, and a full size coffee maker. The kitchen opens up to the living area with ample seating around a Sony Smart TV. The dining room table seats 8.

On the mid-level, you will find a full bath with double vanities and a clawfoot tub, along with the laundry room next to it which houses a huge commercial grade MayTag washer and dryer. At the top of the stairs are the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has king size platform bed, full size dresser, and a walk-in closet adorned with antique doors. Bedroom 2 is huge and has a queen size bed, along with (2) twin beds. There is ample room for a blow up mattress or two! At this time, we do not provide the additional mattresses. Up the next few steps is the second full bath with shower and double vanities.

Decorated with a blend of antique doors, modern finishes, ship lap, and pine floors - this house is so cozy and unique. Absolutely the most private setting you can get in Lafayette, LA - all while being a stone's throw from everything you need.

Cottages on the Bayou is a 2.5 acre property right on the Vermilion Bayou and is surrounded by nature’s beauty. You can take a walk around the property or use one of our many outdoor amenities.

Your personal and unique code is programmed to be active only throughout the duration of your stay. The Azalea Cottage offers guests one private parking spot on the right side of the cottage. There is room for other vehicles, but please contact us if your party will have more than one vehicle so that we can make accommodations. If you have guests visiting you during your stay, please let us know ahead of time. This is to ensure your safety, as well as the property's.
Guests will have access to the entirety of the open grounds of the property including the following areas: firepit, picnic table, wrought iron swing, along with walking the open areas. We have one other cottage on the property so you may see other guests during your stay.
*We ask that guests keep away from the other two cottages on the property, as we are in the process of renovating them in order to bring two more one-of-a-kind stays to the property!

Fully renovated, the century-old Azalea Cottage is a 1 bed / 1 bath home, equipped with everything you'll need for your couple's getaway, work trip, or any other adventure that brings you to our city! Also in this renovated cottage, remains the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, as well as the completely refurbished cast iron Eagle Clawfoot tub. A little slice of this property's history!

The outdoor amenities included with your stay will be:
-one hammock and many trees that will make for fantastic reading or napping spots
-two chairs and one table on the porch for you to lounge as you drink your coffee or watch the sun set on the property
