The front desk staff were friendly and helpful but they weren't often at front desk. We were unsure how to check out sonwe just left our room key and hoped for the best... location is prime. We had a lovely evening walking around trying various eateries. Spoonbills right across the street was delightful. They need to update their photos. They made some much needed updates like removing carpet from the rooms. Carpet still exists in the lobby area upstairs and looks likes it needs to be replaced as well. Breakfast options were enjoyable but minimal. They forgot one of our items, if we understood the ordering method correctly. The order sheet could use a redesign to accomidate multpie orders easier. We will definitely be back for arcadian fashion week."

The receptionist Mrs Diamond said the repair people know about it and have been back and forth for weeks now. So i dont blame the staff at all for that. My son forgot his pillow and Mrs Diamond got the pillow out of our room after we checked out and saved it at the front deck until we were able to pick it up. She is extremely nice and we really appreciate her. She also got us extra blankets and brought them to our room the night before. The cook made awesome cookies that were amazing and left out at the front desk. The breakfast was also very good! The hotel staff were exceptional in my opinion. I definitely plan on staying there again. Just hope the hot tub will be repaired by then. "

The Old Guaranty Bank building, located at 500 Jefferson Street in Lafayette, LA, was constructed in 1905 and served as the Bank of Lafayette. It's a historically significant building, notable for its Colonial Revival architecture with domed pavilion entrance and ornate details. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It has been transformed into a wedding and event venue called "The Jefferson."

It's currently home to The Jefferson Event Venue & Ton's Restaurant downstairs... and 5 apartments upstairs, including the large corner Penthouse that overlooks the corner of Jefferson & Congress from it's dome. The apartments are a mix of short term rentals and permanent residents.

There is gated parking in the rear of the building, located on the corner of Buchanan St & Congress St. Each apartment is allotted 2 parking spots. Overflow parking is located in the open parking lot next to Ton's Restaurant. It can be found by putting 516 Jefferson St in the GPS.

You will be allotted 2 parking spots in the gated area for your vehicles. You will also have the entire apartment completely to yourself. There are some common areas - mainly the parking lot, stairs & hallway in between the apartment.

This property is upstairs in a historic building that requires climbing stairs. There is no elevator available for this building.

It's also located in the center of downtown Lafayette, LA over Ton's Restaurant & The Jefferson Event Venue. Nights can be noisy at times, especially on weekends. Welcome to our cozy one bedroom studio apartment situated just a stone's throw away from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

The apartment includes a full kitchen, queen-sized bed, and a fully stocked bathroom. Our apartment is located in close proximity to many local attractions, restaurants, and bars with the university campus and downtown Lafayette just a short walk away.

The space
This is a private unit with its own entrance, bathroom, and off-street parking. The unit includes a queen size bed, fast and free wifi through LUS Fiber, and a fully equiped kitchen.

This is a ground floor unit and you will have the entire space to yourself.

Private bedroom in a shared home. The room has a bed with a trundle. Beautiful, clean home nestled in downtown Breaux Bridge. Walking distance to shops and dancing.

My home is quiet and convenient. Just 12 minutes from Lafayette. There is another rental room in the same home (Dancer's Dream II).

As per St. Martin Parish, I am required to add 8.5% local school board tax to each reservation. That will be sent to a guest, after booking, in the form of "Request Money".

The space
The bed has a trundle, which is a low bed on wheels, stored under the bed. When the trundle is pulled out, it can be raised to be level with the upper mattress or it can be left at the floor level. We provide coffee and tea 24/7. Bedroom has room-darkening curtains. There is another guest room in this house. If the other room is booked, guests may be sharing the bathroom.
Guests have full access to the kitchen. BYOF (Bring Your Own Food).
Security cameras are located in the common areas of the home.
