The common areas are always accessable and include wi-fi, a large screen TV in the living area, a well appointed kitchen to support home cooked meals, instant hot water, a roomy screened back porch, full-size washer/dryer in laundry area, and plenty of parking. All hard flooring inside with a rose garden and fish pond next to the fire pit outside.
