- "Upon arrival I was put in a unit that was NOT the one that I reserved online. I called the front desk and was advised that I’d have to speak w/ a VRBO rep due to booking through them. There was no comparable rooms available so after traveling all day I asked front desk if there was a 3 bedroom available b/c the amount of travelers we had needed to be accommodated by 3 beds. I was given a runaround from VRBO and assigned a case number which I had to use to call back the following day in order to communicate with VRBO and the front desk. I called 3 separate times and got nothing accomplished. I’m guessing everyone is happy because they got paid and I had to dish out more than I budgeted for . Will NEVER book through VRBO ever again."

- "Our room was beautiful! It faced the bay but we saw dolphins from our room. It was clean and very well taken care of. 2 minor things that we were completely happy with was the ceiling fans in both bedrooms made a noise. It sounded like they needed greased. And the smaller bedroom's bed had a loose slat under the bed that popped in the middle of the night twice. The balcony views of the sound, dunes, and resort pool were amazing, it even had a side view of the gulf... not to mention the beautiful painted sky as the sun set each evening. The balcony's downside...seating could be upgraded for more comfortable outdoor living space. The doors were very hard to slide open and close, and the secondary bedroom door had to be slammed to be shut. Other things to be addressed: secondary shower handle came off the first time turned on. So I would assume cleaning person would have known that. Water dispenser didn't work on refrigerator. Primary bedroom door squeaked when closing and opening. Nothing a little W-D couldn't fix. We didn't have a clock in bedrooms or main living space...but that was a real blessing for me. I was wanting to get away from a schedule and the anxiousness to beat the clock each moment. Nice to escape from the rat race. The assigned parking space was awesome and we rarely waited for an elevator. Friendly staff... close walk to beach, didn't use the Tower II pool, however, we loved the resort pool area, restaurant and bar. We will definitely reserve this same condo in the future. A fabulous week in paradise! "
