The space
This is a 1900 ft sq, one-story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. You will have your own bedroom and keypad lock on door for your peace of mind. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO HALLWAY CLOSETS. Bedroom & front door codes are the same pin.

Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access.

The neighborhood-

Located in a very clean and quiet Harrison County subdivision. Occasionally you'll hear children outside playing, or someone cutting their grass but it’s very quiet.

1. Guests are welcome to use access all "social spaces", such as Kitchen, dining room, living room and the Garage Gym.
Guests are NOT allowed to access:Kitchen pantry, or any hallway closet.

2. Guests have access to the shared washer and dryer in laundry room. Laundry room is also equipped with 1 Iron and 2 Ironing boards.

3. Guests are more than welcome to store their groceries in the refrigerator, full use of stove, and use any utensils/dishes/cookware available.

4. The back porch has some comfy seating and is available for usage. It also is equipped with a duel source BBQ grill that can utilize charcoal or propane. Consult the Co-host for assistance if you wish to use it.

5. The Garage Gym is a great place to get a workout in, so feel free to !
Please return all weights, and wipe down bench after use.

2. Bedroom is fully furnished. Lock on door. Equipped with Tv with remote, full length mirror, and iron & board are accessible in home. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO HALLWAY CLOSETS. Each room is equipped with 4 plugs (1 on each wall). Linens and towels are cleaned and left in the room for usage during your stay. Leave all used linens and towels on the floor in the bedroom. Please, no wet items on the bed.

3. Grill on porch is propane and available for usage. Please, consult with Co-Host if assistance is needed

4. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cookware, air fryer, microwave, Keurig, etc.

5. Popcorn machine is available for usage. Popcorn supplies are provided.

6. There are several pieces of tasteful artwork throughout home. Be mindful, if bringing children.
7. I have a very friendly Dog that if in town, is home with me. If you have bad pet allergies, please reach out in advance and I'll do my best to deconflict.

8. Outdoor shoes off in the home. They can be left inside the front door, a shoe rack is available, or carried with you to your room. Inside shoes (such as slippers/slides that aren't worn outside) can be worn. The home has smooth clean flooring throughout.

9. The home undergoes regular cleaning, maintenance, and pest control. Although, we will try to schedule this outside of your stay, please be aware that sometimes this is unavoidable. You will be informed with as much advance notice as possible. By booking this home, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.

ABOUT LOCATION
An 8 minute ride from the airport, 5 minute ride to the beach and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, casinos, cafes and so much more.

ABOUT THE BUILDING
- Building does not have an elevator. It is only two floors.
- The unit does not include a washer or dryer in the unit. But, coin laundry service is available on-site and is located next to the building's office.
- We ask that guests be considered with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Parties are not allowed on the promises.
- Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited. Security cameras on premises.
- Assigned parking on site. Parking is free and is on premises.

PETS
Pet friendly units. A non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested once. That must be paid on check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included).

WEATHER
In Gulfport, the summers are long and hot, the winters are cold; and it is wet and partly cloudy year round. Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 44°F to 90°F.

The first floor includes the living room, dining table, kitchen, laundry area and a half bath.

The second floor has sleeping for up to 4 guests with two private bedrooms. The two bedrooms each have a double/queen bed and they share a bathroom.

All bedrooms and the living area offer room darkening shades.

The property is a renovated condo complex which includes 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor and stairs must be used to access.
There is no elevator on the property.

The first floor has the living room, kitchen, laundry area, 1/2 bath and kitchen.

You'll be located just minutes from your favorite table games or slots! If you're here for beach fun the condo is just a few blocks north of the beach!
