Cozy and private 1-bedroom studio suite with full bathroom, kitchenette (see picture for details), filtered water, full closet, and living room area with private outdoor seating area under beautiful live oak trees. The space

Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, full dishes set up with silverware, plates, bowls, cups, kcups/creamer and tea.

There is a driveway with a gate if you prefer more secure parking (or have any extras that need to be safer) with plenty of street parking.

The heating/air-conditioning is controlled in the main house with a ceiling fan in room that really cools everything down.

Our cottage is in a beautifully landscaped private resort setting with pool, gazebo with fireplace and TV, gardens, outdoor kitchen/gas grill and outdoor eating area.

It is near area beaches and great restaurants, as well as the Island View Casino. For overcast days, there are numerous board games, puzzles, and interesting books along with a very high-speed internet connection.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, pool vacation, or grilling while watching a game.

The space
The cottage is designed around an open space concept- all in one room. You have a full cooking/dining area, TV nook, and queen bed. Of course, the bathroom is separate and has a door. Outside, our guests have sole access to the outdoor kitchen/bbq, Gazebo (with fireplace), Pergola, and pool.

Our guests can have complete and private access to the pool, outdoor kitchen, Gazebo and Pergola.

Access is via a secure electronic combination lock with no check-in/out.

Parking is secure and easy.

The area has beautiful gardens and landscaping.

The pool uses a salt system so chlorine is kept low and the water is soft. It has a natural finish- kind of like looking at a real ocean bottom.

The owner lives on property in the main house and has a dog named Vasco who has free roam of the property and is used to guests coming and going. On occasion he has been know to swim with guests. We also have chickens and often provide fresh eggs to our guests when available.

Dish detergent, coffee and filters, and dry condiments are provided.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A 5 minute drive to the beach in desirable Ocean Springs, Ms. Just over the bridge from Biloxi and Casinos. A 10minute drive to KAFB. A Situated at back of property of main home with host close by.
Large patio with fire place available for use at the back of main residence. Many great restaurants close by, Wal-Mart just down the street. New Orleans is just a quick hour and a half away. Safe,quiet neighborhood. Private

The space
My home is an Old Biloxi Cottage with tons of charm! Surrounded by a white picket fence and arbor! It is literally close to everything in adjacent Biloxi and Downtown Ocean Springs and further into New Orleans or Mobile, both just a short hour to hour and a half drive. We have Beaches, Barrier islands (my favorite), Casinos, Restaurants galore!! And most of all Southern Charm which I am happy to share with you! The studio Cottage is located across the back yard of my main residence. Longer stays include Laundry services if needed. Cleaning fee is built in to my nightly charge. Come for a night, a week or a few months if you are in the area for work or training at the Air Force Base. Would Love to Host your stay!

Entire cottage available to guests through back yard as well as a large patio and fireplace adjacent to main Host residence. Parking is available in front of main residence outside of Picket fence or you may park next to covered carport as long as my car isn’t blocked. Wagon is provided to transport luggage or groceries to the cottage and can be found under covered carport area. See pictures for Parking areas.

Other things to note
Happy to help with advice directions etc. regarding our beautiful Gulf Coast area and what it has to offer. Please don't hesitate to ask for help! Note: Every year in May, usually Mothers Day weekend, the termites swarm the entire Gulf coast area. Because of this I turn off my outside lights during that time. Those little things can find their way through just about any cracks in Doors and windows. Just FYI!!! A harmless but nuisance little bug! There is No kitchen sink. Bathroom Lavatory to be used for liquids only please!

The property owners live right next door with their two young boys if you need a cup of sugar. But Blue Crest - that's all yours.

Located in the rear of our primary home, Blue Crest has two bedrooms with double beds, airy kitchen and living area, full bathroom, full kitchen, wash/dryer.

It's elevated, accessible by a flight of stairs, with a two-car carport beneath.

Our family lives in the primary home on the front of the property, so we're there if you need anything. We have two young boys, so they'll be coming and going, but not to Blue Crest.

This upstairs aviation themed crash pad has a private entry, 2 bedrooms , 1 bath, kitchenette, & is pet friendly.
