House has two king-sized beds so two couples can comfortably stay. The photos on the listing are accurate, and the house has a nice front and back seating area (the one in back is larger and more private). The décor is that of a beach cottage and was comfortable with a relaxing “vibe.” We worried noise might be an issue since it is so close to downtown, but it wasn’t. The only music/crowd noises that were heard were from the nearby church hosting a dinner. And that was brief (hour, maybe) and not bothersome. We didn’t even hear it until we turned the TV off. There are ample restaurants and shops within walking distance. We hiked the Gulf Islands National Seashore Park which was very refreshing. The Walter Anderson Museum is around the corner and worth the time. We stayed the weekend and every day we tried a new place for food or coffee. It was very pleasant - we will stay again."

The space
This is a 1900 ft sq, one-story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. You will have your own bedroom and keypad lock on door for your peace of mind. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO HALLWAY CLOSETS. Bedroom & front door codes are the same pin.

Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access.

The neighborhood-

Located in a very clean and quiet Harrison County subdivision. Occasionally you'll hear children outside playing, or someone cutting their grass but it’s very quiet.

Guest access
1. Guests are welcome to use access all "social spaces", such as Kitchen, dining room, living room and the Garage Gym.
Guests are NOT allowed to access:Kitchen pantry, or any hallway closet.

2. Guests have access to the shared washer and dryer in laundry room. Laundry room is also equipped with 1 Iron and 2 Ironing boards.

3. Guests are more than welcome to store their groceries in the refrigerator, full use of stove, and use any utensils/dishes/cookware available.

4. The back porch has some comfy seating and is available for usage. It also is equipped with a duel source BBQ grill that can utilize charcoal or propane. Consult the Co-host for assistance if you wish to use it.

5. The Garage Gym is a great place to get a workout in, so feel free to !
Please return all weights, and wipe down bench after use.
Guests are NOT allowed to access: Toolbox in Garage.

As I have multiple jobs and am now in travel season, you may or may not physically see me during your stay. Please, do not hesitate to reach out.

1. If needing early check in/late check out, this can be accommodated. Contact me prior to booking for rate addition, as it’s entered manually on my end.

2. Bedroom is fully furnished. Lock on door. Equipped with Tv with remote, full length mirror, and iron & board are accessible in home. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO HALLWAY CLOSETS. Each room is equipped with 4 plugs (1 on each wall). Linens and towels are cleaned and left in the room for usage during your stay. Leave all used linens and towels on the floor in the bedroom. Please, no wet items on the bed.

3. Grill on porch is propane and available for usage. Please, consult with Co-Host if assistance is needed

4. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cookware, air fryer, microwave, Keurig, etc.

5. Popcorn machine is available for usage. Popcorn supplies are provided.

6. There are several pieces of tasteful artwork throughout home. Be mindful, if bringing children.
7. I have a very friendly Dog that if in town, is home with me. If you have bad pet allergies, please reach out in advance and I'll do my best to deconflict.

8. Outdoor shoes off in the home. They can be left inside the front door, a shoe rack is available, or carried with you to your room. Inside shoes (such as slippers/slides that aren't worn outside) can be worn. The home has smooth clean flooring throughout.

9. The home undergoes regular cleaning, maintenance, and pest control. Although, we will try to schedule this outside of your stay, please be aware that sometimes this is unavoidable. You will be informed with as much advance notice as possible. By booking this home, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.

The Cottage at 140 is a cozy one room efficiency with bathroom and kitchenette. You'll have everything you need, including free wifi and parking for one auto, to enjoy a perfect romantic month by the beach or time needed to work and complete that project! You'll have access to a private entrance and shared patio and laundry facilities. Walk or bike to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and local entertainment. Five to 10 minute drives to casinos, Gulport and Ocean Springs.

You will be able to access all of the Cottage located in the rear of our beach home. You will also have access to the home's patio and laundry area.

The Cottage is a one room efficiency. The blue pullout sofa in the pictures is double sized. Biloxi is adjacent to Ocean Springs and Gulfport. Both of these areas boast museums, seasonal festivals, quaint restaurants and excellent shopping!

Go up the street and find Biloxi Beach (rent jet skis), less than 1 mile away. This apt. has been completely renovated. Walk, ride a bike or drive to Keesler AFB within minutes. Very close to The District on Howard in Downtown Biloxi-shops/bars/restaurants/coffee shop/art breweries.

All new appliances, new furniture, new HVAC, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Laundry in building, free to use, and you share with only one other apartment.
