- "I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. He couldn't find the local rental management office in the system for at least 30 min and was asking me very basic and stupid questions. He finally told me he would call me backand hung up. The local rental management office finally called me back and while the guy was very nice and eager to help, we went through a series of codes that none worked. He finally unlocked the door remotely. So, after an hour,i was finally in the building. Thankfully the room code worked, and I was in. The areas where the rooms are is very nice. The room was nice but very small. Great views from the back deck. The next morning, I received an email saying thanks for staying and the room was available for another night if I wanted...I had already paid for two nights. so, Sunday came and check out was at 10:00...which is an hour earlier than most. Especially with a 5:00pm check in... We packed and loaded the car. I had one item left and at 10:00am on the nose they locked us out. Their system is awful and it' a one and done for me. "

Other than the two owner’s closet/cabinet (signs are posted), Guests have full access to the property. You are welcome to any candies, snacks and drinks in the unit. If you are not authorized to use the our Golf Cart, please do not disturb it. If you use our beach chairs, sport balls, pickle-ball set, etc... please ensure they are cleaned and returned to its place upon checkout or you will incur a replacement fee.

EV Charger (Level 2-J1772 Connector) 12-35 miles per hour. Please let us know ahead of time if you have an EV vehicle. We have to remotely unlock the charger before you can use it. This is to prevent non-guest from using the charger. To help us cut down the cost of electricity, we ask (if possible) that you charge during off peak hours - between 8 pm - 7 am.

These devices are all located on the exterior of the property. There is absolutely no inside audio/video recording camera, respecting your privacy within the confines of your accommodation
GOVEE HYDROGROMETERS: You may notice small white devices or Govee products in the rooms - they help us monitor temperature & humidity levels due to the high humidity levels on the Gulf Coast.
NOISE MONITOR: This monitor is located in the dining nook area. This device only monitors noise decibel levels and notifies the host only if it gets too loud. It does not capture conversations or intrude on your personal space.

This is a beautiful patio home in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to many things. Walk, bike, or drive less than 2 miles to fish at Ft. Bayou, golf at Gulf Hills, or shop in downtown Ocean Springs. Side note: If you look at a map, the home is in the "Gulf Hills" area of Ocean Springs, East of Washington. It is not in Gulf Hills Neighborhood, which is West of Washington.

Turtle Crossing House is a spacious 2 Bedroom/1 Bath house with Vaulted Ceilings in the Open Floor Plan in the Living Area/Kitchen. It is located within easy walking distance to the quaint downtown areas of Ocean Springs. Enjoy the short walk or bike ride to local hot spots, boutiques, parks, along with several bars/restaurants and beaches less than a mile away. Casinos are along the coast starting just across the bridge in Biloxi. We have a wide variety of restaurants throughout town offering a taste of just about every type of cuisine! Ocean Springs hosts several Festival Events throughout the year that are also within walking distance (2 blocks to Government St. and 6 blocks to Washington Ave, both leading to the heart of Downtown OS). The Peter Anderson Festival every November draws thousands to Ocean Springs and don't forget Cruising the Coast every October with Car Venues in OS throughout the week! The house is fully furnished with many extras. The kitchen cabinets are full, only needing the food that you plan to cook during your stay! Complimentary coffee/coffeemaker and creamer provided to start your stay or bring your own if you like something special. Enjoy our pictures of our two nearest beaches in our photos! The owners were super attentive and incredibly welcoming. The kitchen was perfect for making home cooked meals and I was even able to do some baking! Children's Park, the beachfront, and downtown are well within walking distance and made for some great entertainment for our kiddo. Not to mention all the great little toys provided at the house for some in home entertainment. Couldn't recommend it enough."
