This small cottage has private bedroom king bed common space that is a combined kitchen and living room area. This common space has a full size comfortable sleeper sofa and room for an air mattress .The entrance is private. Property is quiet with onsite parking. It is located only a block to beach and a short walk to Islandview Casino. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. An active train track is near the property. Another cottage is available on the property if planning a trip with others.

We accept one pet per unit but may consider accepting more than one if disclosed prior to arrival. Aggressive dogs are not welcome since other friendly pets reside on the property. Third party bookings are not accepted. Parties and illegal drug usage is not permitted. Obnoxious behavior will be immediately reported to police. I reserve the right to request legal identification from anyone in addition to any information guests provide to Airbnb and may deny a rental request at my discretion to anyone. All guests must be disclosed. Rental rates are based upon double occupancy. Children under 12 are not charged for additional occupancy.
