Our Beach house is centrally located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. There are stunning beach views from the front and back yard. You can sit on the front porch or relax in the back yard and see the beach from both areas. The home is about the length of a football field from the water so its an easy walk or bicycle ride.

The bedrooms have queen beds and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper pull out in the living room. Flat screen TVs are in both living areas along with cable and Wi-Fi. Stainless steel appliances, and Granite are in the Kitchen.

We also have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience along with two bicycles, a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys and plenty of beach towels if you want to relax in the sun on the beach. There is a propane grill in the backyard, a fire pit, and plenty of seating to enjoy.

We have included dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, towels, wash clothes, extra sheets, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, and all utensils to make you feel right at home. This home is fully stocked and furnished.

The home was completely remodeled in 2017 and upgraded throughout. It features two bedrooms and two full baths with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms.

This home is less than 2 miles from downtown Gulfport or just 15 minutes to the casino and restaurants in Biloxi. It is also only about 5 minutes from Long Beach and about 15 minutes to Bay St. Louis. Downtown Gulfport features great restaurants, nightlife, and other activities such as Jones Park and the new Aquarium (April 2020)! No matter if your traveling with friends or family, It is in a great location!

You will have access to the entire property including the front and back yard.

If you're arriving early and the house is available we will be glad to give you an early check in or make arrangements that fits for you.

Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking.

When booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the house rules and disclaimers:
-QUIET TIME: 10 pm-7am.
-CHECK-IN/OUT: 4 PM Check-in & 10 am Check-out. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners.
-NO SMOKING. If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fee will be charged.
-NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. The community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules.
-NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed.

-PETS We have a dog ourselves, so we understand how important dogs are to our families. However, we have had unpleasant experiences with dogs staying at our houses and that is why we put down the rule that no pets without prior authorization. Thanks for checking with us before your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:

1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised.
2. Please don't let the dogs on the furniture. This will be very much appreciated
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up after your dogs. Extra cleaning fees we assessed if dog poo is not picked up
-NO unauthorized guests allowed. Immediate rental termination and deposits will be kept.
- POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is usually open between March and October. Owners/Hosts do not control the timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refunds will be given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe the posted pool rules.
-INTERNET: While we provide Wi-fi, it's not 100% guaranteed as the weather plays a factor in this area. No refunds will be issued if Wi-fi is not available.
-Please do not move any decorations/furniture during your stay. Should you need to move anything, please put it back where you found it.
-No tampering with /obstructing the view of cameras.

As our guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse including the enclosed backyard. Please note that the owner's closet in the downstairs bedroom and the balcony in the main bedroom is locked and not accessible to guests. We invite you to take advantage of the two shared community swimming pools. For your convenience, we have two designated parking spaces. Should you need additional parking, guests park near the front gate entry or the pool. Other unit owners may have your car towed if parked in their assigned spaces. House rules are straight forward. The house is old and needs to be cared for to preserve its charm. Its a rental but its also a place to be enjoyed as a home away from home. We ask you treat this as you would your own. Must be over 21 to rent the property. Children are not to be left unattended if under 18.

Visitors:
No Parties or Private events of any kind. BBQ with a couple friends - have fun. Never more than 6 visitors that are not sleeping at the house and listed as such. No more than 12 people on property at once.

Dogs:
Will consider on a case by case basis and there is a $150 Flat fee.
Dogs must be under 20lbs.
Dogs must have a crate if left alone at the house, we do not want them scratching the 80 year old doors from separating anxiety.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

If you bring an unauthorized pet, there is a $500 fee immediately assessed. We still reserve the right to cancel your reservation as large dogs can damage our home. If your reservation is canceled because of an unauthorized pet, you will not be refunded.

Cats are not allowed as Gulfport has feral cats.

The refurbished home is a 2 minute walk to the beach and is just north of the Island View Casino. Tastefully decorated in neutral shades, the open floor plan makes the best use of space, while not being crowded.

White Lotus opens up to a large living room featuring a fireplace as a focal point. The home is very light and airy, with lots of windows one finds in older homes. There is a desk area off the living area where one can work or do browsing on the computer.

The living room has a large TV and comfortable furniture to snuggle into while binging on your favorite series in the evenings. Use the casual throw to cover up with and read a book.

In the kitchen, there is a perfect table and all the appliances one needs to prepare the favorite recipes your guests enjoy, or to cook the fresh gulf seafood you caught on the charter fishing trip! If cooking is not your thing, there are tons of restaurants moments away offering every available food from many different nations, or you can enjoy some simple Soul Food from the South or some of our tasty fresh Gulf seafood!

The 2 bedrooms are beyond comfortable. There is both a king and a queen bed for you and your guests. Both bedrooms have plenty of windows and natural light, but also have window coverings that will provide privacy when needed.

The bath has all one needs to prepare the night out on the town. Check out the button on the mirror: touch the lighted spot and the light comes on at night--no more fumbling for a light switch! The home features a large walk-in closet with a laundry room with full-sized washing machine and dryer.

Easy 1 min walk acess to the beach makes this comfortable and quiet spot, perfect to relax and enjoy the gulfcoast. Near the casinos, shopping, and food. Just around the corner is the Mississippi Coast Colluseum.

The bed is a king size, could fit up to 3 individuals. It also features a very comfortable futon which can sleep two small individuals. Has a private entrance on side of the house. As well as a front door accessible with two steps. Both doors to bedroom are lockable. The door which enters into the living room has a dead bolt lock. The second bed room is across the hallway with two steps down and a deadbolt lock. Second bedroom is across your living room. It is not connected to other room. Laminate hardwood flooring throughout.

Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, located right at the entrance of our quiet little complex on a peaceful dead-end street. Just 3 miles north of the beach, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of fun in Gulfport.

The space
The bedroom is super inviting, with a comfortable Queen-size bed that is great for recharging. The bathroom has everything you need, including a tub and shower—ideal for a quick refresh or a soak after a long day. The open floor plan keeps things light and spacious, and the living area includes a desk if you need to squeeze in some work. Plus, the sectional sofa pulls out into a bed, and there’s even a Queen-size airbed for extra guests.
