If you are looking for the perfect place to stay on the island, COUYON’S BEACH HOUSE is it !!!! This is one of the few places for rent on the east end of the island by Grand Isle Marina.
This elegant 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath house offers a large dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances and granite counter tops. We have WIFI access, TV and cable. There is a King bed in the master suite, Queen over Full XL bunk bed in one guest room and in the other bedroom there is a Full over Full bunk bed and also a Twin over Twin bunk bed.
We have a huge concreted entertaining area under the camp along with a screened in eating and cooking area perfect for outside gatherings. We include a BBQ pit, boiling pot, and fish fry pot for your cooking convenience. Also included is a fish cleaning station with a sink. There is also a downstairs bathroom as well. We have a large stainless steel counter with a sink for entertaining.
We are located right across the street from the Grand Isle State Park that offers piers for fishing, crabbing, an observation tower, nature trails and miles of beautiful beaches. You are also a very short drive away from the Grand Isle Marina and the first crossover to access the beach.
We have a Covered front deck for you to enjoy your coffee while watching the beautiful sunrise over the ocean or enjoy the evening relaxing with the gulf breeze while watching the sunset over the back deck.

Sadly, the usual divine water views were obliterate by the mounds of sand and mud. Regardless, WE LOVED OUR STAY!Thank you very much to the owner! Your love for your home is recognized and it has been honored & greatly appreciated. We look forward to a future return!Suggestions: -TVs & remotes need a better tutorial. It was a bit confusing & too often we could not access any of the channels desired. -A more standard grille (propane) would have been appreciated. The space
The Auralee Unit 1 is a perfect retreat for one to four people. Located directly across from the beach, it has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a full bath with tub and shower, a kitchen, and a washer-dryer. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots, dishes, glasses and utensils.
There is a shared covered porch in front and a large sundeck in the rear, complete with a dining table and chairs for each unit, a charcoal barbecue pit for each unit, and a nice, grassy yard. There is a fish cleaning area with sink in the rear.
Pet Friendly – Well behaved, house-broken pets are allowed (no puppies in the chewing stage).
Arrangements must be made in advance. An additional cleaning fee is required.
The Auralee is a duplex consisting of Unit 1 (one bedroom) and Unit 2 (two bedrooms). There is an exterior door that opens into a small foyer. Inside the foyer are doors to the two units. All three doors are exterior-quality doors with deadbolt locks. If you desire to rent both units, you can leave the two interior doors open to make a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Each unit has an entry from the front covered porch and a rear exit door onto the sundeck.
Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

Read the following house rules and regulations before booking to make your stay more enjoyable. The required waiver purchased at the time of booking includes insurance for accidental damages, report any damages so we can file a claim, otherwise the damaged amount will be sent to AirBnB for collections.

Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Exceptions are made for children age 3 and younger.
The person renting must be age twenty-five (25) or older, in addition the majority of the group must be twenty-five (25) or older. Proof of age will be requested.
Note that we do not rent to fraternities, sororities, or other large party-type groups (such as bachelor, bachelorette, spring break, and graduation groups), due to damage in houses by these types of rentals.
Respect the property of others and do not park on neighboring property. Do not block other vehicles, stairways or beach access. Use designated public accesses for beach access. Do not use chairs, tables, fishing equipment or any other items from neighboring properties. For the protection of your surrounding neighbors, note that we do not rent to fraternities, sororities, or other large party-type groups (such as bachelor, bachelorette, spring break, and graduation groups). If such groups or activities listed below are identified, we reserve the right to vacate all persons from the premises without refund.

No activity that would disturb neighbors ie; rowdy behavior, public nudity, loud, drunken or other obnoxious behavior
No loud music after 9 p.m.
Bag Garbage including cans, paper, boxes, and plastics etc. Bagged trash must be taken to the garbage containers near the road. Do not leave any garbage in the trash cans under, around or in the camp. Trash should be put out on Sunday and Wednesday nights regardless of your check out date.
Double bag seafood before putting in trash cans It only takes a couple of hours for the heat to rot seafood, gather flies, produce maggots and create an unpleasant odor around the camp.
Do not move the boiling pots or grills to the upper deck, use in the area provided. This includes the cleaning of fish etc., boiling and grilling. The following three items must be performed outside of the camp
Fish Station clean the fish preparation area after each use Remove all raw seafood and fish scales from all areas. Do not store shrimp, crabs and other seafood in the refrigerator. Keep in coolers.
Because of possible flames, BBQ in open areas only. Once the charcoal has cooled remove charcoal from pit and discard in garbage bag. Maintain the BBQ pit during your stay.
Wash boiling pot (also area surrounding it) and return to storage when you’re finished.
Turn off propane tanks when finished boiling, wash boil pots and pick up any trash, food, shrimp shells, etc. Rinse tables, counters and concrete with fresh water. If barbeque pits, boil pots, burners, or outdoor tables and furniture have been moved, return them to the areas where you found them.
No mobile homes, campers, trailers, tents or any other type of additional sleeping units are allowed on any of our properties unless renting a home with hookups (additional fees). IF found you will be asked to vacate premises without refund.
There is no smoking allowed inside the camp. Smoke on the outside porches and decks and use an appropriate receptacle for cigarette butts etc. Do not throw smoking material on the decks, porches, lawns or grounds. An additional fee will be charged for cleaning the yard of cigarette butts and trash.
All linens, blankets, pillows, mattresses and comforters and provided for indoor sleeping and bathing. Do not take these items to the beach.
Do not use towels for fish rags or for cleaning boats or vehicles.
Do do not rearrange the furniture.
Do not take deck furniture off of the property. If an umbrella is provided, Do not leave unattended or use in windy weather. Do do not leave umbrella open upon departure.
Do not dispose of feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other items other than toilet paper in the toilet. Septic systems and water treatment plants cannot handle these products and will cause the sewage system to back up.
We do our best to be sure that everything in the camp is in proper working order. Contact us if something is broken or needs immediate attention. If something is accidentally broken, let us know so that it can be repaired or replaced prior to the next guest.
Do not set thermostats below 68 degrees. In hot weather, set air conditioning to 78 degrees upon your departure.
Window units should be set on the lowest setting. Do not turn off the air conditioning system.
In cold weather, turn off central heat and space units.
The owner/manger is not liable to renter, or to renter's employees, patrons and visitors, or to any other person for any damage to person or property caused by any act, omission or neglect of renter or any other tenant of the described demised premises, and renter agrees to hold owner/manager harmless from all claims for any damage whether the injury occurs on or off the premises. Renter assumes responsibility for the conditions of the premises. Owner/Manager will not be liable for any injury caused by any defect therein to the renter or anyone on the premises who derives his right to be thereon from the renter.
Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly will be required to vacate the premises without refund. This is strictly enforced.
Size, Age, Fees, Etc:
1. The only type of animals allowed are dogs.
2. May not exceed 25 lbs without approval.
3. Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older.
4. Must be spayed or neutered.
5. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.
6. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.
7. A non-refundable "Pet Fee" will must be paid after you book the property.
8. One pet per house unless approved by management.

The space
The Auralee Unit 2 is a perfect retreat for one to six people. Located directly across from the beach, this property features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living room equipped with a sofa sleeper, a dining area, a full bathroom with both a tub and a shower, a kitchen, and a washer-dryer. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
There is a shared covered porch in front and a large sundeck in the rear, complete with a dining table and chairs for each unit, a charcoal barbecue pit for each unit, and a nice, grassy yard. There is a fish cleaning area with sink in the rear.
Pet Friendly – Well behaved, house-broken pets are allowed (no puppies in the chewing stage).
Arrangements must be made in advance. An additional cleaning fee is required.
The Auralee is a duplex consisting of Unit 1 (one bedroom) and Unit 2 (two bedrooms). There is an exterior door that opens into a small foyer. Inside the foyer are doors to the two units. All 3 doors are exterior quality doors with deadbolt locks. If you desire to rent both units, you can leave the two interior doors open to make a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Each unit has an entry from the front covered porch and a rear exit door onto the sundeck.

Do not move the boiling pots or grills to the upper deck, use in the area provided. This includes the cleaning of fish etc., boiling and grilling. The following three items must be performed outside of the camp
Fish Station clean the fish preparation area after each use Remove all raw seafood and fish scales from all areas. Do not store shrimp, crabs and other seafood in the refrigerator. Keep in coolers.
Because of possible flames, BBQ in open areas only. Once the charcoal has cooled remove charcoal from pit and discard in garbage bag. Maintain the BBQ pit during your stay.
Wash boiling pot (also area surrounding it) and return to storage when you’re finished.
Turn off propane tanks when finished boiling, wash boil pots and pick up any trash, food, shrimp shells, etc. Rinse tables, counters and concrete with fresh water. If barbeque pits, boil pots, burners, or outdoor tables and furniture have been moved, return them to the areas where you found them.
No mobile homes, campers, trailers, tents or any other type of additional sleeping units are allowed on any of our properties unless renting a home with hookups (additional fees). IF found you will be asked to vacate premises without refund.
There is no smoking allowed inside the camp. Smoke on the outside porches and decks and use an appropriate receptacle for cigarette butts etc. Do not throw smoking material on the decks, porches, lawns or grounds. An additional fee will be charged for cleaning the yard of cigarette butts and trash.
All linens, blankets, pillows, mattresses and comforters and provided for indoor sleeping and bathing. Do not take these items to the beach.

Do not set thermostats below 68 degrees. In hot weather, set air conditioning to 78 degrees upon your departure.
Window units should be set on the lowest setting. Do not turn off the air conditioning system.
In cold weather, turn off central heat and space units.
The owner/manger is not liable to renter, or to renter's employees, patrons and visitors, or to any other person for any damage to person or property caused by any act, omission or neglect of renter or any other tenant of the described demised premises, and renter agrees to hold owner/manager harmless from all claims for any damage whether the injury occurs on or off the premises. Renter assumes responsibility for the conditions of the premises. Owner/Manager will not be liable for any injury caused by any defect therein to the renter or anyone on the premises who derives his right to be thereon from the renter.

There is plenty of parking, a private deck and private downstairs area for hanging out to boil seafood! The crossover is a short walk to the beach. This property is next door to Blue Water Villa A and right around the corner from Blue Water Villa H for those needing more space. Y-Knot is pet friendly, arrangements must be made in advance to bring your furbaby.

Located toward the center of the island right across from the beach with a beach access just one block over. This villa faces the bay and offfers a covered front porch for great sunset views. The main floor of the unit offers a Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, 2nd bedroom has two pyramid bunk beds with twins over fulls, in the upstairs loft area they have a full bed. This property is next door to Y-Knot Blue Water Villa J and Blue Water Villa A for those needing more space. Limited parking for 4 vehicles.

Do not move the boiling pots or grills to the upper deck, use in the area provided. This includes the cleaning of fish etc., boiling and grilling. The following three items must be performed outside of the camp
Fish Station clean the fish preparation area after each use Remove all raw seafood and fish scales from all areas. Do not store shrimp, crabs and other seafood in the refrigerator. Keep in coolers.
Because of possible flames, BBQ in open areas only. Once the charcoal has cooled remove charcoal from pit and discard in garbage bag. Maintain the BBQ pit during your stay.
Wash boiling pot (also area surrounding it) and return to storage when you’re finished.
Turn off propane tanks when finished boiling, wash boil pots and pick up any trash, food, shrimp shells, etc. Rinse tables, counters and concrete with fresh water. If barbeque pits, boil pots, burners, or outdoor tables and furniture have been moved, return them to the areas where you found them.

This property is located towards the East end of the island with a large yard and quiet area with neighbors a good distance away for you to enjoy peacefulness. This location offers 3 areas of decking some covered and uncovered for beautiful views of the Island. Beach crossover access is up Humble Road across Hwy. 1 mile mark 1.4. They also offer an outdoor shower at this location. Be sure to make arrangements with management to bring your pet, there is an extra chare to bring pet. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #1.4 Humble Road.

All linens, blankets, pillows, mattresses and comforters and provided for indoor sleeping and bathing. Do not take these items to the beach.

Do not set thermostats below 68 degrees. In hot weather, set air conditioning to 78 degrees upon your departure.
Window units should be set on the lowest setting. Do not turn off the air conditioning system.

The owner/manger is not liable to renter, or to renter's employees, patrons and visitors, or to any other person for any damage to person or property caused by any act, omission or neglect of renter or any other tenant of the described demised premises, and renter agrees to hold owner/manager harmless from all claims for any damage whether the injury occurs on or off the premises. Renter assumes responsibility for the conditions of the premises. Owner/Manager will not be liable for any injury caused by any defect therein to the renter or anyone on the premises who derives his right to be thereon from the renter.

Arties bar, draft beer, good menu, 2 blocks with large dance deck overlooking gulf, beach access on left of Arties. Walk to grocery, cook in or walk to several nearby restaurants and bars. House has everything you may need, including crib, blankets, towels, sheets, pillowcases. Very clean, unique decor with wood ceilings, wood walls in bedroom and bath, wood staircase gallery, smells like wood, terrific. For winter, there is a new split airconditioner in the main room with a heat function and a wood burning stove. Summer, airconditioners in every room. Kitchenaid gas top stove, all necessary cooking equipment and supplies, spices, limited liquor cabinet (replace what you use!!). New dishwasher, A new large refrigerator/freezer, and small fridge, new Air Fryer, new Ice Maker. The local grocery store has everything, (the owner's house is directly behind our property), 2 lots, private space, outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. The Beach is 2 blocks away and there are usually very few people on the beach. You can surf-fish, and catch crabs, and the beach is very gradually shallow, safe for kids, sandy. Sometimes you may be the only people out there. You will often see dolphins. For week or month stays, you will need to do your own sheets and towels as needed using a washer-dryer ground level. We assume daily and final cleaning by the guests to leave the place as you found it, and a housekeeper will come by after the stay to completely clean the house, strip and remake beds, and launder the linens and towels.

Respect the property of others and do not park on neighboring property. Do not block other vehicles, stairways or beach access. Use designated public accesses for beach access. Do not use chairs, tables, fishing equipment or any other items from neighboring properties. For the protection of your surrounding neighbors, note that we do not rent to fraternities, sororities, or other large party-type groups (such as bachelor, bachelorette, spring break, and graduation groups). If such groups or activities listed below are identified, we reserve the right to vacate all persons from the premises without refund.

No activity that would disturb neighbors ie; rowdy behavior, public nudity, loud, drunken or other obnoxious behavior

Bag Garbage including cans, paper, boxes, and plastics etc. Bagged trash must be taken to the garbage containers near the road. Do not leave any garbage in the trash cans under, around or in the camp. Trash should be put out on Sunday and Wednesday nights regardless of your check out date.
Double bag seafood before putting in trash cans It only takes a couple of hours for the heat to rot seafood, gather flies, produce maggots and create an unpleasant odor around the camp.
Do not move the boiling pots or grills to the upper deck, use in the area provided. This includes the cleaning of fish etc., boiling and grilling. The following three items must be performed outside of the camp
Fish Station clean the fish preparation area after each use Remove all raw seafood and fish scales from all areas. Do not store shrimp, crabs and other seafood in the refrigerator. Keep in coolers.
Because of possible flames, BBQ in open areas only. Once the charcoal has cooled remove charcoal from pit and discard in garbage bag. Maintain the BBQ pit during your stay.
Wash boiling pot (also area surrounding it) and return to storage when you’re finished.
Turn off propane tanks when finished boiling, wash boil pots and pick up any trash, food, shrimp shells, etc. Rinse tables, counters and concrete with fresh water. If barbeque pits, boil pots, burners, or outdoor tables and furniture have been moved, return them to the areas where you found them.
No mobile homes, campers, trailers, tents or any other type of additional sleeping units are allowed on any of our properties unless renting a home with hookups (additional fees). IF found you will be asked to vacate premises without refund.
There is no smoking allowed inside the camp. Smoke on the outside porches and decks and use an appropriate receptacle for cigarette butts etc. Do not throw smoking material on the decks, porches, lawns or grounds. An additional fee will be charged for cleaning the yard of cigarette butts and trash.
All linens, blankets, pillows, mattresses and comforters and provided for indoor sleeping and bathing. Do not take these items to the beach.
Do not use towels for fish rags or for cleaning boats or vehicles.
Do do not rearrange the furniture.
Do not take deck furniture off of the property. If an umbrella is provided, Do not leave unattended or use in windy weather. Do do not leave umbrella open upon departure.
Do not dispose of feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other items other than toilet paper in the toilet. Septic systems and water treatment plants cannot handle these products and will cause the sewage system to back up.
We do our best to be sure that everything in the camp is in proper working order. Contact us if something is broken or needs immediate attention. If something is accidentally broken, let us know so that it can be repaired or replaced prior to the next guest.
Do not set thermostats below 68 degrees. In hot weather, set air conditioning to 78 degrees upon your departure.
Window units should be set on the lowest setting. Do not turn off the air conditioning system.
In cold weather, turn off central heat and space units.
The owner/manger is not liable to renter, or to renter's employees, patrons and visitors, or to any other person for any damage to person or property caused by any act, omission or neglect of renter or any other tenant of the described demised premises, and renter agrees to hold owner/manager harmless from all claims for any damage whether the injury occurs on or off the premises. Renter assumes responsibility for the conditions of the premises. Owner/Manager will not be liable for any injury caused by any defect therein to the renter or anyone on the premises who derives his right to be thereon from the renter.
Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly will be required to vacate the premises without refund. This is strictly enforced.

1. The only type of animals allowed are dogs.
2. May not exceed 25 lbs without approval.
3. Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older.
4. Must be spayed or neutered.

7. A non-refundable "Pet Fee" will must be paid after you book the property.

2. Do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties, excessive barking dogs must be removed from property.
3. Must be leashed at all times in common areas.

5. Not to be left unattended on balcony, patio, porch or indoors.

1. Homeowner and Island Realty LLC assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
2. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
3. If a pet is found to be in a home, but not listed on the reservation, the applicable Pet Fee will be immediately applied for each pet for the entire length of stay, provided the home is pet friendly.
4. If the home is not pet friendly the pet must be removed and special cleaning fees will be applied to the guest credit card on file. If you must leave us as well, no refund for the rental will be given.
5. Cost of damages made by pet will be charged to credit card on file.

Please don't use the bathtubs to give shower to the dogs. That leads to clogged bathtubs & drainage issues due to excessive pet hairs. Please use the downstairs faucet to wash pets.

This place is set up with a wonderful, partially covered back deck facing the beach, featuring lots of new deck furniture to enjoy the sunrise and breezes from the Gulf of Mexico. The downstairs area features an enclosed outdoor shower, along with more furniture to gather with family and BBQ or boil up some fresh-caught seafood. A pet-friendly option is available for an extra charge. The nearest golf cart crossover path is at 4.5 Olive Lane, just one street over. Bag Garbage including cans, paper, boxes, and plastics etc. Bagged trash must be taken to the garbage containers near the road. Do not leave any garbage in the trash cans under, around or in the camp. Trash should be put out on Sunday and Wednesday nights regardless of your check out date.
Double bag seafood before putting in trash cans It only takes a couple of hours for the heat to rot seafood, gather flies, produce maggots and create an unpleasant odor around the camp.
Do not move the boiling pots or grills to the upper deck, use in the area provided. This includes the cleaning of fish etc., boiling and grilling. The following three items must be performed outside of the camp
Fish Station clean the fish preparation area after each use Remove all raw seafood and fish scales from all areas. Do not store shrimp, crabs and other seafood in the refrigerator. Keep in coolers.
Because of possible flames, BBQ in open areas only. Once the charcoal has cooled remove charcoal from pit and discard in garbage bag. Maintain the BBQ pit during your stay.
Wash boiling pot (also area surrounding it) and return to storage when you’re finished.
Turn off propane tanks when finished boiling, wash boil pots and pick up any trash, food, shrimp shells, etc. Rinse tables, counters and concrete with fresh water. If barbeque pits, boil pots, burners, or outdoor tables and furniture have been moved, return them to the areas where you found them.
No mobile homes, campers, trailers, tents or any other type of additional sleeping units are allowed on any of our properties unless renting a home with hookups (additional fees). IF found you will be asked to vacate premises without refund.
There is no smoking allowed inside the camp. Smoke on the outside porches and decks and use an appropriate receptacle for cigarette butts etc. Do not throw smoking material on the decks, porches, lawns or grounds. An additional fee will be charged for cleaning the yard of cigarette butts and trash.
All linens, blankets, pillows, mattresses and comforters and provided for indoor sleeping and bathing. Do not take these items to the beach.

Nearest beach and golf cart crossing is across Grape lane (3.7) and Capital lane (3.5). Due to the up coming levee work, crossings may change with little or no advance warning.
Tenant is responsible for filling propane bottles. Filling can be done at Bridgeside Marina or exchange at either of the two grocery stores.

Humble Heaven is a 3 BR, 2 BA (1 bathroom is located upstairs in between bedrooms, 2nd bathroom located downstairs in shed area) camp that is set up with a 700 square ft. covered porch facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beachfront. This beachfront home has been completely renovated and all brand-new appliances installed. Also, new beds and mattresses in every bedroom. Home is located on the island's east side, just before the Grand Isle State Park. This is a less crowded area of the island, which allows one to relax on this beachfront property. The covered porch is a new addition to the home, which is breathtaking! Downstairs, you will find a boiling pot with a propane burner and a charcoal grill, along with an outdoor shower and commode. The nearest golf cart crossover path is #1.9 Birch Lane.
NOTE: The second bathroom includes a shower, lavatory, and toilet. It is located downstairs in a closed-in room.

This beachfront house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 12. The covered deck provides a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are hardwood floors throughout, a washer, dryer, streaming TV and wireless internet. Underneath is concrete with a swing, fish cleaning area, and storage area. There is a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
Pets: This house is pet friendly, arrangements must be made in advance to bring your furbaby. Additional cleaning fee are required.

For the protection of your surrounding neighbors, note that we do not rent to fraternities, sororities, or other large party-type groups (such as bachelor, bachelorette, spring break, and graduation groups). If such groups or activities listed below are identified, we reserve the right to vacate all persons from the premises without refund.

Bag Garbage including cans, paper, boxes, and plastics etc. Bagged trash must be taken to the garbage containers near the road. Do not leave any garbage in the trash cans under, around or in the camp. Trash should be put out on Sunday and Wednesday nights regardless of your check out date.
Double bag seafood before putting in trash cans It only takes a couple of hours for the heat to rot seafood, gather flies, produce maggots and create an unpleasant odor around the camp.
Do not move the boiling pots or grills to the upper deck, use in the area provided. This includes the cleaning of fish etc., boiling and grilling. The following three items must be performed outside of the camp
Fish Station clean the fish preparation area after each use Remove all raw seafood and fish scales from all areas. Do not store shrimp, crabs and other seafood in the refrigerator. Keep in coolers.
Because of possible flames, BBQ in open areas only. Once the charcoal has cooled remove charcoal from pit and discard in garbage bag. Maintain the BBQ pit during your stay.
Wash boiling pot (also area surrounding it) and return to storage when you’re finished.
Turn off propane tanks when finished boiling, wash boil pots and pick up any trash, food, shrimp shells, etc. Rinse tables, counters and concrete with fresh water. If barbeque pits, boil pots, burners, or outdoor tables and furniture have been moved, return them to the areas where you found them.
No mobile homes, campers, trailers, tents or any other type of additional sleeping units are allowed on any of our properties unless renting a home with hookups (additional fees). IF found you will be asked to vacate premises without refund.
There is no smoking allowed inside the camp. Smoke on the outside porches and decks and use an appropriate receptacle for cigarette butts etc. Do not throw smoking material on the decks, porches, lawns or grounds. An additional fee will be charged for cleaning the yard of cigarette butts and trash.
All linens, blankets, pillows, mattresses and comforters and provided for indoor sleeping and bathing. Do not take these items to the beach.
Do not use towels for fish rags or for cleaning boats or vehicles.
Do do not rearrange the furniture.
Do not take deck furniture off of the property. If an umbrella is provided, Do not leave unattended or use in windy weather. Do do not leave umbrella open upon departure.
Do not dispose of feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other items other than toilet paper in the toilet. Septic systems and water treatment plants cannot handle these products and will cause the sewage system to back up.
We do our best to be sure that everything in the camp is in proper working order. Contact us if something is broken or needs immediate attention. If something is accidentally broken, let us know so that it can be repaired or replaced prior to the next guest.
Do not set thermostats below 68 degrees. In hot weather, set air conditioning to 78 degrees upon your departure.
Window units should be set on the lowest setting. Do not turn off the air conditioning system.
In cold weather, turn off central heat and space units.
The owner/manger is not liable to renter, or to renter's employees, patrons and visitors, or to any other person for any damage to person or property caused by any act, omission or neglect of renter or any other tenant of the described demised premises, and renter agrees to hold owner/manager harmless from all claims for any damage whether the injury occurs on or off the premises. Renter assumes responsibility for the conditions of the premises. Owner/Manager will not be liable for any injury caused by any defect therein to the renter or anyone on the premises who derives his right to be thereon from the renter.
Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly will be required to vacate the premises without refund. This is strictly enforced.

1. The only type of animals allowed are dogs.
2. May not exceed 25 lbs without approval.
3. Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older.

Moonstruck Crab is beachfront house that was completely remodeled. Great beach access, with a deck and plenty underneath area to hang out. Cajun Yacht Club is a Very nice rental! This beautiful home is located across from the Beach. It has a beautiful Gulf view. It is newly built and very spacious with 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms. *Please note: some beach crossovers and beach areas may be closed due to construction of levee and restoration of beach. Our office has no control over these closings. There will be limited beach accesses during this time.

Mahi is a newly renovated property that has great beach access and upgraded amenities. Mahi is great for fishermen who need plenty parking space for boats and trailer. The newly laid rocked driveway will fit all the boats and vehicles you bring along with your group. Mahi includes Wi-Fi and a smart television. Unlike other vacation homes this property will seat at dinner time the max amount of people the property holds. For breakfast sit at the front facing windows to see a beautful sunrise. Mahi has a master bedroom with a private bath. To enter the master bedroom you must pass through bedroom two that has a twin over bunk bed. The other two bedrooms can be for couples and/or kids! They each have a stand alone (1 is Queen 1 is Full) bed along with bunk beds. There is a second bathroom with hall access.This location also offers an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station along with a closed-in downstairs air conditioned area with newly installed range, windows, television, picnic table, sink area and another full bathroom. Its a great place to get away and cool off while BBQing and boiling your seafood and now with the new range you can do all your cooking in the AC downstairs area. The cemented area where you can BBQ and boil your seafood is right outside the door. Come to Mahi and enjoy your time hanging out with family and friends! Nearest golf cart crossover path is #2.3 Cypress Lane.

Each property indicates the number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Exceptions are made for children age 3 and younger.
The person renting must be age twenty-five (25) or older, in addition the majority of the group must be twenty-five (25) or older. Proof of age will be requested.
Note that we do not rent to fraternities, sororities, or other large party-type groups (such as bachelor, bachelorette, spring break, and graduation groups), due to damage in houses by these types of rentals.
Respect the property of others and do not park on neighboring property. Do not block other vehicles, stairways or beach access. Use designated public accesses for beach access. Do not use chairs, tables, fishing equipment or any other items from neighboring properties. For the protection of your surrounding neighbors, note that we do not rent to fraternities, sororities, or other large party-type groups (such as bachelor, bachelorette, spring break, and graduation groups). If such groups or activities listed below are identified, we reserve the right to vacate all persons from the premises without refund.
Person booking rental must be staying at camp for rental duration.
No drinking by minors
No illegal drugs
No activity that would disturb neighbors ie; rowdy behavior, public nudity, loud, drunken or other obnoxious behavior
No loud music after 9 p.m.
Bag Garbage including cans, paper, boxes, and plastics etc. Bagged trash must be taken to the garbage containers near the road. Do not leave any garbage in the trash cans under, around or in the camp. Trash should be put out on Sunday and Wednesday nights regardless of your check out date.
Double bag seafood before putting in trash cans It only takes a couple of hours for the heat to rot seafood, gather flies, produce maggots and create an unpleasant odor around the camp.
Do not move the boiling pots or grills to the upper deck, use in the area provided. This includes the cleaning of fish etc., boiling and grilling. The following three items must be performed outside of the camp
Fish Station clean the fish preparation area after each use Remove all raw seafood and fish scales from all areas. Do not store shrimp, crabs and other seafood in the refrigerator. Keep in coolers.
Because of possible flames, BBQ in open areas only. Once the charcoal has cooled remove charcoal from pit and discard in garbage bag. Maintain the BBQ pit during your stay.
Wash boiling pot (also area surrounding it) and return to storage when you’re finished.
Turn off propane tanks when finished boiling, wash boil pots and pick up any trash, food, shrimp shells, etc. Rinse tables, counters and concrete with fresh water. If barbeque pits, boil pots, burners, or outdoor tables and furniture have been moved, return them to the areas where you found them.
No mobile homes, campers, trailers, tents or any other type of additional sleeping units are allowed on any of our properties unless renting a home with hookups (additional fees). IF found you will be asked to vacate premises without refund.
There is no smoking allowed inside the camp. Smoke on the outside porches and decks and use an appropriate receptacle for cigarette butts etc. Do not throw smoking material on the decks, porches, lawns or grounds. An additional fee will be charged for cleaning the yard of cigarette butts and trash.
All linens, blankets, pillows, mattresses and comforters and provided for indoor sleeping and bathing. Do not take these items to the beach.
Do not use towels for fish rags or for cleaning boats or vehicles.
Do do not rearrange the furniture.
Do not take deck furniture off of the property. If an umbrella is provided, Do not leave unattended or use in windy weather. Do do not leave umbrella open upon departure.
Do not dispose of feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other items other than toilet paper in the toilet. Septic systems and water treatment plants cannot handle these products and will cause the sewage system to back up.
We do our best to be sure that everything in the camp is in proper working order. Contact us if something is broken or needs immediate attention. If something is accidentally broken, let us know so that it can be repaired or replaced prior to the next guest.
Do not set thermostats below 68 degrees. In hot weather, set air conditioning to 78 degrees upon your departure.
Window units should be set on the lowest setting. Do not turn off the air conditioning system.
In cold weather, turn off central heat and space units.
The owner/manger is not liable to renter, or to renter's employees, patrons and visitors, or to any other person for any damage to person or property caused by any act, omission or neglect of renter or any other tenant of the described demised premises, and renter agrees to hold owner/manager harmless from all claims for any damage whether the injury occurs on or off the premises. Renter assumes responsibility for the conditions of the premises. Owner/Manager will not be liable for any injury caused by any defect therein to the renter or anyone on the premises who derives his right to be thereon from the renter.
Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly will be required to vacate the premises without refund. This is strictly enforced.
Size, Age, Fees, Etc:
1. The only type of animals allowed are dogs.
2. May not exceed 25 lbs without approval.
3. Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older.
4. Must be spayed or neutered.
5. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.
6. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.
7. A non-refundable "Pet Fee" will must be paid after you book the property.
8. One pet per house unless approved by management.
Pet Rules:
1. Clean up after your dog, in public areas and in yard of your rental property.
2. Do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties, excessive barking dogs must be removed from property.
3. Must be leashed at all times in common areas.
4. Not allowed on furniture at any time. (Extra charges may be incurred).
5. Not to be left unattended on balcony, patio, porch or indoors.
Pet Rules No Responsibility:
1. Homeowner and Island Realty LLC assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
2. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
3. If a pet is found to be in a home, but not listed on the reservation, the applicable Pet Fee will be immediately applied for each pet for the entire length of stay, provided the home is pet friendly.
4. If the home is not pet friendly the pet must be removed and special cleaning fees will be applied to the guest credit card on file. If you must leave us as well, no refund for the rental will be given.
5. Cost of damages made by pet will be charged to credit card on file.
This beachside camp is a beauty and has all the amenities you need for a very relaxing stay. A Beach Getaway is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath camp. Sleeps Fully loaded kitchen. WIFI and cable are provided. Small dogs are allowed at A Beach Getaway. All linens are provided. *Please note: some beach crossovers and beach areas may be closed due to construction of levee and restoration of beach. Our office has no control over these closings. There will be limited beach accesses during this time.

The space
Welcome to the Freckled Trout! Located towards the end of the island on a quiet street. Easy beach access for atv/golf cart crossover #19 at the end of the street. Conveniently located about 1 mile from the Sureway, Jo-Bob’s, the back bar, Tommy’s (the old Arties) and 2 miles from Grand Isle Marina. Great front porch. Area under the camp is all concrete and has an outdoor shower and an additional half bath. There is plenty room for parking under the camp and along the driveway. Wi-Fi is included, there is a fire stick in the living room and a smart tv in the bunk room. Fully stocked kitchen with blender, coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot. Washer and dryer. Dogs are allowed with a pet fee.

Reel Relax'n is centrally located on the Island and was completely remodeled. This location offers 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms plus an outdoor open area shower. Perfect spot for large or small groups, weekend stays or extended vacations! Located directly across from beach crossover 3.7 Grape Lane for easy access to and from the beach. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms for privacy. Downstairs area is large and cemented, perfect for hanging out. The downstairs area has a bar, swing, chairs, extra large bbq pit for grilling, boiling equipment and an extra refrigerator to help store groceries or fish/etc. caught during your stay. Lots of parking!.
